Wednesday 1600hrs; Dropped of tire and rim to be installed and balanced, marking what side of the car the tire goes on, due to the rotation.
Thursday 1600hrs; Stopped to pick up tire and rim. Not ready!? Ok back tomorrow.
Friday 1600hrs; Stopped for pick up, paid and went home, notice the rotation was wrong, tire was put on backwards. Call Tirecraft to get it put on properly was identified on tire because I wanted to put my winter tires on over the weekend. They told me to come back on Monday as they did not want keep someone back on a Friday. Big F for customer service.
Monday; went to get their mistake fixed. At this point I was very disappointed with their service and told them i was unhappy. The front counter guy seemed bothered by my miscontent due to their poor quality of service.
So they had my rim and tire for two full days, installed the wrong way, made me wait till Monday, all summed up as an honest mistake by them! Junk customer service and junk quality work! If one can not trust hem to handle a tire and rim install, how can one trust them to repair a vehicle? !?

My newly installed winter tire started loosing air and I had to be at work. They drove me to work, fixed the tire and brought the car back in a few hours. I went to these folks after trying out two others over the last year. I will be staying with this company! Their customer service is great, their waiting area is clean and smoke free and their prices are competitive. What more could you ask for?

If I could leave 100 stars, I would! The service I recieved from Murray and the team was outstanding to deal with. If given the opportunity to need service from this shop in the future, I would 100% support them again.

Don't bother getting your MVI done here especically if your driver power window won't roll down they will deny you the sticker. They will charge you $43 for the inspection and if it fails they don't even give you a rejection sticker. And when you come back with all the parts replaced they will charge you another $33 just to put the sticker on. The MVI cost me around $80 ridiculous

Numerous problems with these guys. Tried to give me a wheel alignment with a bad ball joint. Could fix a flat tire and Tom’s me to silicon all around the rim. What a joke.
