I never got the chance to review this place, so I will do it now.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here in October of 2022. The location was incredible. The price was incredibly reasonable. The room was kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The history of the building was very cool. The bathrooms were updated and the jacuzzi tub was really nice. The breakfast service was wholesome and impeccable. The views were wonderful. The host is a lovely person and served us his homemade spring rolls. We had smoked salmon and eggs both mornings.
If you are looking for an experience that encapsulates the history of this area, this B&B is ideal. It's a little creaky (as expected with historical buildings), but very well maintained. During our trip to N. S and P. E. I this was easily our favourite accommodation of them all.

Authentic and stylish historical building in the center of Lunenburg. Parking spaces for guests in the yard are quite tight, but okay for standard cars/SUVs. Individually decorated rooms, super clean and stylish. Bathroom of high quality and suitable for the ambience. All sights, restaurants, etc.are within easy walking distance. Highly Recommended!

We stayed here two nights and had the best time. The B&B is located close to everything, and our room overlooked the harbour and the Bluenose! The new owner is very friendly and kind.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the private bathroom was beautifully done.
The included breakfast was made to order and included the best spring rolls I've ever eaten, and they were homemade!
We're really glad we chose to stay here and hope to be back soon!

Great historic building in a perfect waterfront location, a stone's throw from the boardwalk. The rooms are nicely renovated (but keep a traditional look and feel) and are spacious and comfortable, and the harbour view is great. The breakfast room at street level has the feel of an old Inn and tavern. Nice to see a B&B option like this centrally located among the variety of hotels immediately surrounding it.
The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with some unexpected options (hand made spring rolls, great locally smoked salmon.) Plush soft towels and deep soaker tubs in the bathroom, and kitchenettes in the rooms are nice if you're staying in town for a few days. You can settle in here comfortably.

My partner and I loved everything about our stay here. The owner was so friendly and accommodating and cooked a wonderful, tailored breakfast for us both mornings of our stay. Breakfast can be enjoyed in a spacious dining room, which made dining comfortable during Covid. Our room was so beautiful - you can tell that thought went into every detail. The rooms are full of old-fashioned charm and so comfortable. The bed provided the coziest sleep of my life, it was so soft and perfect to sink into after a long day of walking. The bathroom is huge, with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The room had air conditioning, wifi, and cable. Our room also had the perfect view of downtown Lunenburg. Plus, our stay was very reasonably priced for all that it included. It really was the perfect stay, I will definitely be back and can't recommend it enough!
PS. Do yourself a big favour and try the owner's delicious homemade spring rolls!

We had to leave at 0600 to catch a flight and the owner got up and fixed us a full breakfast; so kind. The location is perfect, the rooms large with natural light and the location of restaurants excellent.
