I enjoyed the daily 12: 15 mass on Friday. Was nice to see many people taking the time to be with the Lord. Will return. Lovely sermon.

Cathedral was a nice mass, however it is in bad need of updating, looks like it hasn't seen any work done in many years.

Attended Mass here yesterday. Seemed like an engaged congregation from the singing and responses. Church itself is undergoing some resoration. Plenty of space for all. The priests were all men, the readers were all women and the servers were all boys. Incense was used during the celebration. The sermon was devoted to the Lord's Prayer. Hymn books are available in every pew. Rath Dé oraibh uilig.

Stunning. Almost crashed a funeral to get inside but opted not to. Wish the cemetery across the street had been open to walk through!

Beautiful cathedral. If you have visited many cathedrals this one may not stand out. It was beautiful but less to see and learn about than other cathedrals I've visited (say, Cusco or Seville).

I grew up in St. Mary's. I was there yesterday for a celebration of life for a dear friend.

This is a beautiful example of architectural design and excellence. A pleasure to admire. There are alot of details the more you look. I did not go inside but from the outside it is exciting to have had seen this beautiful building. Night lights add a certain ambiance.

Magnificent gothic cathedral in downtown Halifax. The stained glass are breathtaking and it is such a good thing the frescos were restored on the cathedral's apse. It is a beautiful witness of the Catholic faith.

Pretty difficult to say anything bad about this very historic church and congregation right in the middle of downtown Halifax. The only cathedral in the area, it has WONDERFUL architecture inside and out, with delightful old-fashioned stained glass windows, a wickedly good organ, splendid music program, excellent acoustics - the complete package! Also, many FIRST RATE community services are based in this congregation: it is SOLIDLY committed to Christian service of those who need assistance in the area.
