Sam’s Pizza

Have had Pictou pizza from Nayya and Acropole in Truro and both were better than Sam's. At $7 a slice you can keep your pizza!

Delivery to wrong address. When pizza finally arrived it arrived cold. Ssms pizza failed to resolve issue. Uber driver left pizza on wrong door step. Uber was unhelpful and could not resolve the issue. Will never order from them again.

We stopped in for some slices, really good and thank goodness they don't skimp on cheese and toppings like most places are in halifax at the moment, my only gripe was the slices were pretty cold and the slices were new.they should keep them hot between two pans like Acropole does in New Glasgow and ditch the little glass spinner at the cash, hope they improve on this!

This place makes the best pizza that I've tasted in HRM. We ate in last week and loved the pizza. It was so good that we decided to do take out this week. We ordered a large combination both times. We lived in Pictou County for several years and Sam's was our favourite pizza. This place certainly didn't disappoint. I would certainly recommend.

Just because you opened a location in Bedford, doesn’t mean your slices should get smaller and more expensive…

First time trying the Pictou County Pizza. The sauce was a bit spicy but quite good. There was ample amounts of toppings spread over the crust. I am not a thick crust lover but I didn't mind this place. STAFF was friendly. Lots of parking available. I just haven't bought a pizza in a long time.

Stopped in for a slice. They didn’t have what I was looking for so asked if there were fresh meat slices coming out soon. Was told no so I bought a combo slice and sat down to eat it. Not two minutes later they put fresh slices in the rack, right in front of me. Not impressed in the least

Being originally from Pictou Co I was excited to try the new Bedford location. The large combo tasted exactly like Stellarton’s but I was disappointed as it had less toppings for the same price.

As a person that grew up on Sam's in Pictou County, I can say they have done a great job replicating the original.

Not quite Pictou county pizza taste. I am from there. It's what I expected. People not from Pictou trying to recreate the Pizza. Don't get me wrong though. It is close and is better then any other pizza joint in Halifax aside from the Homeboy at Nayya. As he does a nice Pictou Pizza as well.

**this perspective is not from someone who has ever tired the valley location** The dough feels almost like naan bread, the cheese is odd and the tomato sauce is like peppery tomato juice. Overall left feeling unsatisfied and salty. Specifically the Hawaiian pizza was extremely greasy to the point it made my tummy upset and all the toppings fall off. Did not enjoy when they automatically enabled the 20% tip option for me and then proceeded not to give me a receipt when asked. Was expecting more: (

“Large Combination”. I grew in Pictou County and this location is 1/2 way between work and home. They nailed the winning formula for the franchisee to be successful. 4 times in 2 weeks. Cannot wait to go again

Grew up in Pictou County. So nice to be able to get a real Sam's original combo in Bedford. Staff was fantastic. Spotlessly clean location.

I had my first Pictou County Pizza with my wife here and we loved it. So glad they opened in Bedford! Pizza is loaded with toppings and the sauce has alot of flavour.

As far as a place to walk in and grab a slice, this is the best slice I've ever had. Not sure about their legit full pizzas, but the slices are deadly. Sauce is great, crust is great, and they use real Brothers pepperoni. Highly recommend, if you don't mind spending a little more than Jessy's or Kenny's, the pizza is far superior here.

Tastes great like really is good pizza but they give you a tiny slice and pop for $8.50 and this was also at lunch time. Will not be back way to expensive

They told me and my coworker they weren’t getting any fresh slices in and put some out 5 minutes after we sat down and bought our old pizza it was also really dry and cold
