Absolutely horrible experience
Bought my brand new Jeep there with everything possible with it warranty wise
Took it in for warranty work and got it back with missing parts leaking windshield and multiple other issues And worst part is they are making up more excuses not to fix or repair. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Wish there was a 0 star rating
Just informed Chrysler Canada about the ppl that represent and sell there products of how they treat customers

This review is about the parts department only! The old guy, whom I assume is the parts dept manager, is a miserable old man. No people skills whatsoever! Rude and just a total jerk. The younger fellow is always pleasant and helpful. I cannot fathom how the old codger keeps his job. I am not the only one to dislike him. I have heard from others that he is always unpleasant.

Since dealerships are privately owned Chrysler will not answer any problems given them. Take it up with the owner. Kind of a no warranty issue. My car is older then warranty but it was at a persons place who charged 600.00 to find out what was not wrong with it. He then suggested taking it to the dealership. Told them what he did and they worked on it. The first person took the engine apart and that is how it went to Saunders. Paid Saunders another $1200.00 to tell me "Yup its broken". Had the same problems with repair issues all over with Dodge. Guess if you have a warranty your safe but charging $1200.00 to tell me the same thing the other person did is not right. On top of that would cost another $6000.00 plus to fix it part way. No parts were issued that was just service only for the $1200.00. Car is in parts and would cost another small fortune to put them back. That was just to take it apart.
They put all the parts in the back of the car with no concern for oil or grease going on anything. If this was a lawyers car they would be in court. I cannot even open the back of the car as the latch is now not working which it did until we got it back. There were blankets in the back that I am hoping will wash out or hand made blankets will be garbage now. Always have a blanket in the car in winter just in case of break down.
After ruining the hand sewn blackets, threw in the washer it is still the same mess on it. Not a little stain but a big one.
I think they wanted us to buy a new car so they made more money not sure just a guess.
