Purchased a beautiful love seat at a fantastic price a few weeks back. The service was top notch from the moment we arrived until the furniture was delivered. We had one small hiccup that was handled promptly, quickly and even a follow up to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough about the manager, Karen Roper for providing exceptional service and leading her team by example as the staff are fantastic.

I just wanted to give some recognition to the customer service. I purchased a mattress and decided to return it before they delivered it. They were able to refund my purchase in full which is not always the case with furniture companies. Thank you!

My family of 5 and I walked into schwartz and was immediately welcomed. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was very fast and efficient. She asked us all the questions she needed to know to get us the perfect furniture for our family. We weren’t even there 45 minutes and got all new furniture as well as meeting amazing people and being welcomed to the community as we just moved here. I highly recommend purchasing your furniture here!

I purchased a Samsung HE Front Loading Washer. The price was very competitive and the customer service was excellent. The washer was delivered today and the delivery personnel were courteous, professional, and they went the extra mile to unbox it and remove the shipping bolts as well as removing all of the shipping materials. There were delays in obtaining the washer because of COVID, but I was kept informed. I was very impressed with Schartz, my first time purchasing from them, but it won't be my last. Highly recommended.

If you buy something, make sure it is in stock, it is a 4-5 month shipping wait. If you don't mind the wait, you have to call them, to see if it is in, they don't call you to let you know.

Anyone can sell a piece of furniture. It's the service and after purchase considerations that keep you returning! Sales are great. Staff are professional and knowledgeable wanting you to be a return shopper. Delivery staff are also friendly and professional. I have no doubt I'll be back, and so should you!

My 24 yr old daughter bought a home and was furnishing the entire house, she had gone in 2 weeks earlier and was totally ignored (i am assuming its her age because its not the 1st time this has happened) so we decided i would go in 10 mins ahead of her to see what would happen. I walked in was immediately greeted by a least 3 employees, sure enough i was looking around and was asked if i needed help. 10 mins later she walked in I stood at the back of the store and watched.the same 3 people that greeted me didnt even acknowledge her and she walked right in front of them. Needless to say Raheys have her 12000.00 in business she was treated like all other customers when she walked in there. MORAL OF THIS STORY. NEVER EVER ASSUME A PERSON HAS NO MONEY BECAUSE OF AGE OR APPEARANCE AND THEY ARENT WORTH THE TIME! YOUR LOSS SCHWARTZ! Never darken their doors again!

I honestly would not deal anywhere else. The staff is amazing and are eager to help the customer in any way possible and not just during the purchase but if you have any issues what so ever after your purchase they are 100 percent there for you. I have had a few issues resolved there in the most pleasant and professional manner possible. It is always a very satisfactory experience dealing with this store which is why I have been a customer there for over 30 years. Thank you Schwartz Furniture for the wonderful experiences through the years. Its nice to know quality still exists and so does customer service.

I cant say enough about the friendly staff and support at the Sydney location. I went in to see if I could get a half decent dryer on dale for my daughter. Roger quickly shiwed me the beat deal in the ztore, and I took it. And then, he advised me on the extended wareanty, and a few things I didnt know about it, and I took that too. I got a Brand new, great deal, on adryer for my daughter, and for 5 years to come, she doesn't have to Ever worry about it - thanks Roger - top notch - seriously recommend

Easy parking right in front of the store. Genuinely friendly and very helpful staff, Dona in particular was fantastic. There were no pressure-based sales tactics thankfully. Staff were happy to show lower-priced items when we mentioned that we had a tight budget and were very patient in giving us time to decide our preferences. We're looking forward to receiving the goods we ordered.

Our stove went to “stove-heaven” and we reached out to a few places for prices online and over the phone. Gerry from Schwartz responded with pricing and helped us navigate the options online. The price was right! We were able to hold the one we wanted and pay over the phone or in store. Delivery took only 3 days and the driver called me en route. We live in Port Morien so delivering can be more challenging. I spoke to Brian the owner to compliment them on the great service. I like supporting Schwartz seeing how much they give back to our island. Our new GE stove is pumping out French fries and chicken wings for our Covid diet:)

First time buying stuff with them and as family members said very bad to deal with.some sales reps are good but not who I got.dont explain enough in detail! First they got my bed rails wrong so had to take them back after had it all out if the box! They make it seem like they are giving you such a good deal when infact the price they give you is what they sell it for anyway.mattress I have is horrible only 5 days old and nothing they will do as I didnt buy I mattress cover from them i got it at walmart which i wasn't informed. The one person that is good to deal with is Robert and the nroth sydney location! And I didnt even purchase my stuff from that location.would love to actually speak to an owner or someone who isnt so pushy

A good selection of furniture. I love that the staff is helpful, friendly but not overbearing. They keep their distance until you need them. The prices are average for what's out there. I'd personally recommend shopping around but chances are, depending on what you're looking for, you'll end up here.

Not a great impression so far. Ordered a mattress on May 30 and was told 3 weeks delivery. Three weeks go by and no one contacted me. I go into the store only to be told we will look into it. Another week goes by and no contact from the store. I call again before the long weekend again to be told it will be here next week. Called again yesterday. Told it will be here today, we will call you. 45 minutes to store closing. No phone call. And did I mention that I paid for this already? Less than impressed by customer service. It is now 5 weeks since I ordered mattress. No mattress in sight and no contact from store AT ALL, and no information unless I call. Every time I call I get promises but nothing else. Likely will NEVER buy from this store again.

This was the best retailer I have dealt with in years. No pressure no rush and Mr. OLeary was a professional in every way. Ask if he's available when you go there. If he's not I am sure the rest of the staff are just as professional. My applause to you all. I have furnished our whole new Home from Schwartz. But still have a bedroom and office to do. I look forward to working with them. Especially Mr. O`Leary. I just wish I had one of there credit cards to finish faster.

We purchased a bottom freezer refrigerator and waited about 6 or 7 weeks for delivery. Then when it was delivered, it got damaged when they brought it in, well at this point I had to keep it until they ordered another one, because they put my old one in the garage. I called them and told them that this one got damaged, they said it would be another 6 or 7 weeks for another new one to arrive, but they said I can use this one until the other one arrives. Finally the 2nd new fridge arrived and the delivery guys started to get things ready to bring the fridge in the house. They got it off the truck, they unboxed it and then one of the guys came in to see me. He said, I am sorry but I cut the Fridge with my box cutter knife there is a big scratch on the side. I said What? He said yeah I am sorry. I called the store, I was not happy, I did not hold back, I told them I was not waiting another 6 or 7 weeks. If I had to, then just give me a refund now. Then I continued to give them a piece of my mind. So now we have to wait 2 more days this time for the 3rd.fridge to arrive Let's see how this one works out. I give them one star. I will never shop there again. I will never give them another penny of my money.

Finally received 3rd fridge Saturday April 21, we made the actual purchase on March 09,18. Today the Delivery guys were exceptional very friendly and very helpful. They were just very pleasant young men. This fridge seems to have made it in without any damage upon my inspection, when the wife does her inspection when she gets home from work that is the one that counts.i will be glad to have the whole situation done and put behind us. We will no longer shop at this store.
