It was a challenge to communicate with them, and then a challenge to book an appointment. Once appointment was booked, they waited until very soon before the appointment day to cancel it and ask me to go through the whole challenge again. Very disappointing.

Have always dealt with Dr Madi, she is friendly and patient with kids. My first dealing with my assigned hygienist was really good.

I've had great experience with Kelsey, the hygiene specialist. I think that she took her time to take care of my teeth. Even before asking, she was continuously providing inputs about my teeth status and some recommendations to prevent future problems. Cherry, the receptionist was very nice as well. She was patient enough to kindly listen and respond all my questions about my insurance and benefits.

Lovely staff. They all made me feel welcomed on my first visit. Very professional and clean office!

Terrible office staff, will not be dealing with them again. Issues with incorrect billing and not fixing accounts until almost 6 months later. Very disappointed with this office.

Dr Ahmed is the best dentist i have seen so far, very knowledgeable, takes time to educate you and listen to your concerns.i have never been rushed and never tried to force a treatment not needed…i recommend him to everyone looking for a dentist

My first visit for initial checkup was amazing! The staff and the dentist were so helpful and explained me everything. Overall it was well organized. I would recommend Scotia Dental clinic for anyone who wants to keeping their dental health on point.

Dr. Murty and her team are the most wonderful, caring, gentle, and highly professional dental office that I have ever been to. I drive 50 minutes just so that I can see her as my dentist. If you have anxiety and would like a dentist that does whatever they can to make you comfortable and give you the highest quality of care, Dr. Murty is the best there is.

It was an comforting and caring experience.the doctor and the nurses were all very compassionate.they made my daughter feel comfortable in all the ways possible.and explained everything very patiently.and made a thorough examination of the issue.all the staffs were very kind. Must mention is Georgia and Mel. And of course Dr. Sathya Sai.she is simply the best. Thank you so much.

If you want quality care, don't come here. They care more about how much money they can make from you, than what you actually need done.

I do not recommend coming here. Please consider your options before you decide to make an appointment at Scotia Dental - I wish I did.

Search for quality care - not being taken advantage of.

While Scotia Dental has many lovely people who work there, the way this dental office conducts their business is horrendous.

Example: Scotia Dental splits your cleaning appointment across two visits. While this is their policy, I was not made aware at the time of booking said appointment.

**I've completed a comprehensive oral exam, a cleaning, and a root canal in the past month at this office. If you have to undergo any of these procedures, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SCOTIA DENTAL, please explore your options. **

I had an amazing experience here. Such incredibly friendly service and very informative and curious workers who are happy to share what they know about dentistry.

I was have an excellent experience here. Staff are very friendly and appointments are always on time.

Great service - brought me in on short notice to fix a crown. The solution was economical and quick. Dr. Hussein re-cemented it on the spot; in and out in 20 minutes. Could not have asked for more.

Dr. Hussein did a great job making my feel more at ease going into the appointment to get some fillings, provided solutions to mitigate my dental anxiety and kept the mood light while he worked. Probably the best dental experience i've had.

Regular scaling appointment - I am not a good dental patient (had bad experience with previous dentist and a bit jumpy when in the chair), this appointment went excellent, the Hygienist was professional and, even with my nervous twitching, made the experience as enjoyable as possible.that is for being at the dentist =)

Bailey was my hygenist today and was excellent. Too bad she is leaving next week. She would have been a keeper. Generally gentle, good sense of humor and made me feel at ease.

First started going to Dr. Murty several years ago after I ate a chip and my tooth exploded. Right from the start, I was very impressed with Dr. Murty and the whole team at scotia dental. The staff is friendly, well organized and they care about everyone that walks through those doors. Could not be more impressed. Excellent COVID protocols in place, I felt safe from the time I entered to when I left. I HATE going to the dentist but my cleanings here are always as pleasant as possible, which says a lot.

I had a great experience with Scotia Dental. I needed a quick solution so that I could attend a very important family event. The excellent dentist explained a range of options from quick to long term work so that i understood that a better long term solution was required. He did a great job in an extremely short time to give me comfort and confidence, he is thoughtful, careful and really an artist with great technical skills.

The entire staff, from reception, billing, clinical assistance to the dentists are kind, engaging, client centric and professional. My daughter who is a long term patient of this practice made the appointment for me.
