Only place that called back to get a quote outdated furnace tank replaced. They even check over the furnace and found some small issues that were repaired. Quick to respond to emails too. I’ll update later after install. So far great

The receptionist at this place is extremely rude and very unhelpful. She talked down to me like I was an idiot. I don't recommend this place to anyone based on customer service alone.

No longer have an oil furnace but when we did, this company was very helpful and responsive. Price of oil was a bit higher but it was worth the included service that they provided.

Scotia Fuels has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with! Fast friendly service for oil fills, furnace service, and their emergency service is 15/10! We have had emergency service due to flooding and they had a tech out right away, then to fix our furnace and again to follow-up. We have been customers for a few years now and changing to them was the best decision.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I woke up one day with no heat, I recently purchased a house and thought I had plenty of oil so I never bothered to fill it up. I was in a bit of a pickle and these guys came to my rescue. They came and filled up my oil tank. They sent a special guy to flush the lines and get the furnace working again. This was all the same morning. I can't be grateful enough. They are small, locally owned company and I really appreciate the personalized service. Thank you so much!

Technician did a great job and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he had done plus ways I could improve the way I handled my settings.

I had a great experience with Scotia fuels mostly due to the customer service provided by Evan MacKinnon. I was in Grand Cayman and my fiancee was running out of oil. Evan sent someone over right away to assess the situation and tell us what we needed to get done to have the oil delivered. I appreciate you guys helping us out. 10/10 recommend.
