Me suis arrêté pour un changement de 4 pneus et vérification de freins sur mon retour à Montréal.

Me suis retrouvé avec un étrier de frein bloqué sur l’autoroute près d’Ahmerst.

L’employé a remis la roue sans même regarder les freins.

Fumée et odeur de brûlé.

Pneus sous gonflés: Pression des 4 pneus 40 PSi

Depuis deux valves fuient.

J’ai du les faire changer.

Je comprends mieux pourquoi le manageur insistait pour que j’attende à l’intérieur alors que je les regardait effectuer le changement.

Fixed the car in a day, appreciate the dedication and their job.
However, they quoted a different price before and a bit higher when billed.

Stopped in to get a tire plugged after driving over a screw. They saw us the same day, took care of it when we weren't looking, and sent us on our way free of charge. They were like Vulcanized rubber superheroes!

Excellent people, there was a grinding noise from my rear wheels, I was booked only to have a look and what may be the cause of concern. My appointment was at 1pm they took my keys at 1250, there was something stuck on my rear wheels the gentleman took of that thing and I was out by 115 pm. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and understood the problem which was communicated well to the smart technician. Thanks team. Pleasure I visited your scotia tire.

Had a leak in one of my tires and stopped in on my way home to see if they could help with no appointment. Man was I ever happy. They were able to fix the tire within 20 min of me getting there, with no appointment! And that's not even the best part! Free of charge! Since Covid started they have been helping people in the community by not charging for flat tire repairs! I was so shocked and happy! The service was amazing and staff was very friendly! They will get my buisness in the future! THANK YOU

The team was able to fix my leaking tire quickly on my way to work with no appointment. Real life saver!:) Will be going back in a couple weeks for an alignment.

Unreal service! They took me in within 24 hours, where super honest and saved made a 1000$ job only a 500$ job. Please go see them!

These guys were really great and fair to me. They knew the repairs would cost me more than the value of the car and advised against it as I was only keeping the car for a short period longer. When I came to pay for the labor of checking it out for me, they didn't charge me at all. Very honest people, and I will return if my next vehicle needs work!

Scotia tire on the Bedford highway is seriously the best. Not only were they able to get the car in on short notice, they fixed the leaking valve and small dent in my rim as a courtesy and I was back on the road within the hour. Customer service is on point and I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

The difference between here and Colonial Honda is night and day (can't speak of other dealerships). Friendly and excellent service. It's easy to get an appointment and they're actually ready for your car at the appointment time and get it back to you quickly. Prices are reasonable too. I will continue to bring my car here for all service.

Booking tire repair one hours before and got tire fixed in 10 minutes.
The great news is FREE. They said that because of COVID they do it free.

I’ve bought tires here many times over the years, Sean is always great as is all the staff. Had to go in there today due to a flat from driving over a nail, late on Friday afternoon. Got me in right away, fixed tire as good as new, and didn’t charge me anything (a free flats promo going on, which I didn’t even know about beforehand). Solid customer service on all fronts, and back on the road! How’s that anything but 5 stars!

4: 40pm on a sunny Friday we discovered a screw in our tire. Called Scotia Tire and they said they'd fit us in before their 5pm close. They were waiting for us ​and had us on our way by 5: 02.

Went to have tires replaced. They tried to put on a smaller size than what I asked for, I just happened to catch them because they jack the car outside to put on the tires. Then tried to give me a hard time about the tires would not pass safety inspection. I felted this was very deceitful not doing what I requested. Not to forget the office was so dirty, I didn't want to step on the floors. Never will go back. Can't believe all the reviews posted on line.

Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get me the tires I needed at a better price than any of the shops in the area. The price was actually over $100 lower than what another company quoted me per tire. I paid exactly what was promised over the phone with zero surprises. They also offered free flat repairs and seem to be kind, genuine who cared for their customers. Would recommend.

I can’t thank the amazing staff at Scotia Tire Bedford Hwy. I blew a tire, rushing from job 1 to job 2. A single mom with a tight budget and schedule. The amazing staff took my car in right away, fixed my tire ans got me back on the road and didn’t break the bank. I recently noticed that one of the valve stems on one of our cars was leaking. In addition to that, our second car sat for a while and developed a slow leak in all four tires.

I was able to book both cars into Scotia Tire on the Bedford highway quickly and as of the time of writing this review, they are offering free flat tires repairs to help people out during these tough times. What a great gesture! This is just one example of why I’m happy to bring my car to Scotia Tire on the Bedford Highway. The customer service is always honest and friendly and I’ve never had any issues with the work (oil changes, tire repairs and tire changes in my case). I have several family members who also trust their work to keep them safe on the road - they keep at least 7 cars safe for our family.

Shawn and the crew at Scotia Tire have been great to deal with for years now and I will happily continue bringing our cars in (a feeling not often associated with automotive service centres in my opinion).

I have noticed this business jacks cars up outside and leaves them there with no jack stands under them. Not safe.

Had a flat tire due to a nail puncture. They fixed it at no charge and quickly. Awesome service! I will need new tires soon and I will be definitely buying them here! Highly recommend.

Scotiatire saved my life yesterday! I completely blew my tire out on the MacKay bridge and made it panicking to the first parking lot I could find which happened to be the one across from their shop. I was stressing out hard cause I would be late for a very important day. Until A young woman and her male colleague came running over to put my spare on without a blink of an eye and wouldn’t even let me pay for it! I noticed a nail on my tires yesterday morning. I called about 15 different tire shops around Halifax and Dartmouth. Scotia tire was the only one who sounded genuinely empathetic and really tried to help me. The two ladies who spoke with me were very warm and friendly, they didn’t have an appointment available but they squeezed me in and I got my tire fixed. I only waited an hour. For someone who doesn’t have an appointment that’s a very short wait time. The guy that fixed my car was absolutely pleasant to deal with as well! Thanks Scotia Tire for an outstanding service!

So I visited the shop to get my tire fixed, the staffs were professional, the siting area had gloves and paper towels (we all know the importance in this COVID-19 situation). At the end of the day, I was given by bill and was told is complimentary (on the house), this was deeply appreciated. Thanks You.

They serviced our vehicle well and when they were unable to do certain work due to the weight of the truck they went above and beyond to find a good shop that would be able to take us that day.

The Folks at Scotia Tire have always treated me great and have provided amazing Customer Service. They have gone out of their way to help me out on several occasions. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have visited them last week fir tire and oil change.
Although it was busy, but they provided a good service, just you need to wait an bit longer than you expected.

Their price are not too bad, but not cheap as well.

They do their job professionally and their waiting g room is clean and have a good sofas there.

Moreover if you need a washroom, there is a clean washroom there, but the washroom door lo Kee doesn't work properly.

I recommend that place until my second visit to reevaluate them again in order increase the rating to 5 starts or 3 stars.

Had my winter tires put on yesterday, appt was for 1: 30 and was out of there at around 1: 50, very pleased with the fast efficient service!

This place is awesome! I found out two of my winter tires were no longer any good, so I called Scotia Tire and they were able to order the specific brand and size I needed right away. The tires were available for pickup the following morning! The people are extremely friendly as well. When I went to pick up the tires, the lady at the desk and a man helping me carry the tires came and pet my dog who had tagged along with me – so sweet! Thank you guys for your efficient and amiable service!:)

It's been my third trip to Scotia Tire and it won't be my last. Incredible and wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional.
