Very inefficient, non professional and staff are lazy, always out of office! And not responsible, 1 full year took for one refinance and unsuccessful. I am transferring all my mortgages from Soctia Bank and one is already happened! Others come soon!

Any customers looking for hours of operation the hours are not correct on Safari and only show up correct from the Chrome browser.
I know “covid hours “ are a thing but please update your correct hours on all platforms. Payment due Monday and you are closed early with wrong hours listed. Closed all weekend.
Banking services are very important and shouldn’t be listed incorrectly.

I got my credit card late. But, there are some nice & helpful people over there.

Poor customer service, and we were sitting there for about 20 minutes by the receptionist before she asked us who we were waiting for.

Hours 10-4 on weekdays only. That's abit restrictive. I know you can do lots online, but not all. Also, online they give you the local phone number of your Advisor. But.the call actually goes to their sb call centre, errr. Once told that to advisor in person, she indicated you could come to branch to make appointments. That's two trips, double errr.

I requested for portfolio and they asked me to wait for 1 week. I was told I will be getting call from someone once it is done. I never got call back I went and checked twice still it wasn't done. 2 weeks later they said they cant give me my portfolio I went to some other branch I was given printouts of whatever I requested immediately.

My home branch will cash my monthly cheque no questions asked and no hold but this one is closer now that I moved. They will not cash my government cheque without placing a hold on it. It's a government cheque and my rent is due the day I receive it. They won't do anything to solve this problem for me iv tried a few times now.
