They’re just a place that takes your money and charges you for the pleasure. They don’t help, they don’t contact you for any other reason than asking for more money, they will upcharge you to a more expensive plan, charge repetitive NSF fees if you get in a pickle and then make it seem like they’re doing you a favour. No. This isn’t who I want to do business with.

Terrible experience over multiple reps and managers, recently switched to East coast with a amazing experience there, would recommend leaving scotia.

Terrible service. Never anyone there to help you. I am currently looking for a new bank. This location is awful!
