Took an extra long lunch today because you can only do wire xfers in person and the branch was closed from 12 to 1 so that all tellers could take lunch. Legitimately only open when you cant get there. There was a lady standing in the lobby to tell you nobody will help. Perhaps train her to do wire transfers.

Ok if you want to open a new account go halifax because dartmouth branches have dumb staff they dont know how to open a new account first they will say we dnt have staff go to other branh after 4 different branch i went to westphal branch the lady first start putting question she is waiting where we can stuck and she have an excuse to get off the situation she want my indian tax report i call my parents and i got i wave her she say wait in line again and when my turn came she quickly run to call her so called general manager now she start putting question when everything goes well she say i want your tin number i told her tin number is for bussiness operator she say dnt teach me i open lot if account daily like come on if you know nothing tim horton is hiring go there then i went to rbc hot my account in 10 minutes.please dnt fool customers just say i dont know

Went to ATM and no sanitizer available, fortunate to have my own. People become Covid-proof at the bank machine I guess.
