Very impolite and dismissive. Bad customer service. I had to schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance to open an account.and then when I came to the branch on Charlotte nobody was at the information desk and the people were dismissive when I tried to get info about my appointment.

Incredibly long lines during the very few hours they're open. You essentially have to burn an entire lunch break anytime you need to speak to someone.

Terrible hours. I love banks that charge you for full service accounts for a part time job they do

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. The service at this branch is horrendous. Slow and unprofessional.
