I had to get a power of attorney completed which was initially set up in a different province. Niranjan was very helpful and had things completed relatively quickly.

My nephew went to this branch on Nov 4,2022 at approximately 4: 30 to deposit a $40,000 bank draft I had just given him, drawn from the local RBC. The female teller refused to take it. Suggested he come back on Mon. He quietly left. She made no effort to call RBC to verify the draft. I am dumbfounded. My jaw is still on the ground. Scotiabank, what are you going to do about this?
