Amazing staff and an awesome climbing gym! Everyone was hyping eachother up and the music choice was immaculate. 10/10 experience!

La Salle d'escalade en bloc est assez petite et chère lorsque l'on vient pour une unique séance. Néanmoins, les blocs sont intéressants, le personnel est agréable, et les locaux sont propres et aérés

The place is pretty cool. I like the decoration and the vibe. It’s rare to find a cafe that is open until 11pm in Halifax and with reliable Wi-Fi. The hot chocolate I had was overpriced. Nothing special for $5 dollars… I would prefere to hang out in a cooler environment as I started to sweat while drinking my beverage and I changed table to be close the the window.

Impressed with the quality of the gym! Good density and hold selection. I’m also glad I visited the cafe before heading out.

Great place for a coffee and bouldering session. The staff is great, and the setting is fantastic!

One of my favourite cafes in HRM, always good vibes and high quality coffee, the food is well made and always super fresh too.never tried the bouldering but it’s on the bucket list.

It is however very busy and a very popular work space, don’t always count on a table being available

Al's bagel was delicious! It's huge and very filling. Great spot and the staff are super friendly.

The environment at seven bays is so vivid, the staff is more than amazing and the food… divine!

Love this place! Feels like home. Been a member since January. There are often great membership deals for beginners. Not a place for uncommitted climbers - the routes are scaled on a gradient of difficulties, but this means that there is always a good challenge for a regular climber.
