Exceptional food, very large and generous portions. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We will be going back, and advise anyone reading this who enjoys Persian food, or is looking to try it for the first time to do the same!

AMAZING food and service! Lots of delicious vegetation and vegan options. We ordered the Shandiz Moutabal and vegetarian dish and they were both incredible. I highly recommend this place!

The food portions with ubereats are jokingly small. 31 dollars for 5 pieces of lamb, never buying anything from here again. The gheyme was also like that last time. Baklava so dry and tasteless.

The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff was very cordial and friendly. The restaurant's atmosphere was very lively. We loved being there and we will visit again.

So happy to discover a place for delicious Persian food in the heart of Halifax! We tried the vegetable wraps and they were delicious, can’t wait to try more of the menu - especially the Persian stews!

A simple soup and salad at lunch was spectacular for taste and freshness; service personnel was helpful, happy and professional. 5 stars!

Visited this restaurant recently and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! The food was a symphony of flavors, each dish better than the last. The staff? Superbly professional and friendly. I was treated like royalty. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're a food lover like me, this is a must-visit spot. Can't wait to be back!

I went here only because of the good reviews on Google. I don't ever usually take the time to leave negative feedback. I feel like I was MISLED and the reviews for this business on Google must be fake. The food was not average at best - the chicken wrap I had was bland and tiny portion of expensive fries was on the cold side. This one meal came to $33 including gratuity. We came into the restaurant as the first ones there, only for many more people to come in after us and get served ahead of us. I am downright offended by our experience here. I will say they had a couple nice touches of decor, cleanliness, and pleasant service interactions though. I feel really bad having to post this but I believe people should know where there is a ripoff and possible scam.

The food was good Alhamdoulillah and the meat was tender and well seasoned the rice was perfect and the service was no cap

The food is well-prepared and delicious. The service is great and the chef is super polite. A cozy place and a good atmosphere to enjoy your food. The bathroom is also very clean.

I heard about this restaurant from a friend since I was craving kebab for a long time, let me tell you I’m mad he didn’t tell me about it sooner, it was so yummmy, I was impressed to find good kebabss they’re my favo In general and it was very hard to find someone who would perfect it. The staff were nice and had smiles, I didn’t feel uncomfortable in any way, loved the vibe the restaurant gave me, I’d definitely go again keeep it up

High quality, delicious homemade food. Tastes like homemade meal! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I wanted a falafel on rice instead of a wrap because I have to be gluten free. It was $6 more and had no vegetables, just falafel and 4 servings of rice for 18.50

The falafel was exceptional. And you did honour my request for no cutlery. It would have been nice to be offered some sauce.

Very nice, attentive staff. Very good food, you can taste everything is fresh, and authentic. Great portions and you can even see them fanning the flames of your food. Highly recommend

Food&staff. I can say everything was great, there were 16 of us in Shandiz tonight and we got good quality of service and food.

What a wondeful experience. We enjoyed a large family meal there and everything was so flavourful (the lamb in particular). The service was also great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
