I Always get the same thing b cause it's so good. The "Smash Burger". Can't find a place in Halifax that's better!

Food was really good, atmosphere was friendly. Just too bad that they ran out of most of their Seafood stuff.

Very nice, newly renovated rooms. This place and the Marmalade Inn are the top choices in this area. No complaints.

Three of us there for breakfast this morning. I asked for 2 boiled eggs - medium, slice of toast plain and chocolate milk plus an orange sliced. Peanut butter for the toast.

Got the drink quickly; however, a long wait for the food. The slice of toast was very small! Orange was perfect and eggs were cooked great but everything was cold and the toast was hard.

The table was made of slats of wood that had cracks with crumbs in them plus a toothpick.totally unsanitary.the table was also very sticky and you couldn't put anything on it.no placemats. I used my serviette for a placemat and it stuck to the table.

We mentioned the issues to the server and was told the issues had been stated to the owners various times and nothing is done to improve the situation.

I won't be returning anytime soon.
