I shopped there today in the beauty department, the girl working there feels like she doesn't want you to be there, she doesn't know the products she's selling, she rolled her eyes after you paid the item
the girl working in the other department is even worse, I was going to buy a toothbrush, but being told the sale is over even with the sale sticker on it, the tall thin girl served me who was really really really rude, she doesn't want to explain it, just told me she took off the sticker in front of me, no sorry, nothing, I asked to see the manager, he gave me the sale price, I actually don't mind it's not on sale.but service like this, need to see the manager.this store needs do something, I never experience this kind of awful customer service in another drug mart, the two girls working there today hate their job, and want give their customer the worst shopping experience.

Amazing service. Treated with so much kindness and patience. This is my go to shoppers and always will be.

If you want the rudest pharmacy, go to Shoppers on Mumford. Almost every time. Honestly, it’s like it pains them to serve you and they hate you for coming in! Really hit or miss there. I get that customer service is tough but… The cashiers are nice though! But the pharmacy, that’s another story.

I feel this is the best shoppers drug mart in the city, everyone who works there is always happy to help and work hard on prescriptions till the last minute!
