Shoppers Drug Mart

I have nothing but positive things to say about my last visit at Bay. I was looking for perfume and the girl taking care of perfume was very helpful. I smell arround 12 samples until I found the one I really liked. It was unfortunately out of stock. I had to go to the shoppers beauty boutique where the cosmetician mistreated me and she throw the fragrance in the air I felt really bad about it however I would like to thank the lady who helped me finding the best fragrance at Bay.

Just wanted to do a shout out to the pharmacist who waited on me today! It was so much easier than the walk-in clinic. Glad there are a few other options when you need something quick and you no longer have a family doctor due to retirement. Thanks so much, it is greatly appreciated!

Just went in there. The weird cashier scan every item including my lotto and announcing the price. I pitty that kid whose parents taught him racism at such young age, which possible hinder him from being successful. I let him know that am a travel nurse. Guess he was too much of a numscull to understand my meaning behind that. The next worker smile, possible he taught i was stupid to what he was doing. But little do they know. The reason why you are there is because you are lacking education. If he was my son, he would be in university not cashing the people you don't like. I notice this province is lacking education and it's a drug infested city, full of homelessness. However, these people I avoid arguing with because you never lower your standard to trash bag. They complain that we came here and buy house cash. Well maybe if you were using those privileges and making use of it. You would not be complaining or cashing.

In general i like shoppers but today Sunday Feb 5,23 before 12: 30 I was in Shoppers as i had some time to pass. I went to the beauty section i was asked if i need help right away. I was trying to remember a certain type of cleanser but couldnt think of it. She asked was it Vichy etc. I said to her i don't know and basically she chuckled and walked away. I thought that was rude. Your employees should think before they act

I wish I could give them 0 stars for their customer service! I called cosmetics and nobody was picking up my call so I hung up after 10 mins. I tried calling customer service and a lady named Debbie picked up my call and said if they are not picking up I can’t do anything about that and nobody is available so you should hung up. She didn’t even bother to ask what’s your concern or say whenever a cosmetician is available she can call you back. She was way too rude! No professionalism at all and bad customer service!
