Terrible.
I had stopped in this evening at around 5: 30 to pick up three prescriptions which I had been notified by text yesterday they were ready for pick up at around 4: 00pm yesterday evening. As I went to pick all three up today, I was told they did not have the prescription for my topical cream ready at all, and told me to just buy over-the-counter cream, and the other prescription was lost in the messy unorganized drawer. This isn't even the first time I've had medication lost by the North Sydney Shoppers Pharmacy. I had not received any outcome and nothing to help resolve this issue, I instantly changed my pharmacy this evening soon as I had arrived back home. I only have one out of three prescriptions.

They double charged and are arguing when our medical paid, informed us and we have the slips. Greedy Loblaws.
We won't stay.
Update: I did stay and same thing over and over. New meds, tried to charge again. I checked my medical as did my wife and it's 100% covered.
Also leaving Loblaws. Going local. And the CEO is not a nice man.
