Time and time again, problems with this pharmacy. Really miss the previous owner. Ridiculous customer service around medication. Will be leaving as a customer and reporting through NS College of Pharmacists.

Very poor phone response time accompanied by poor listening skills. Disappointing for a pharmacy who deals directly with people.

My experience with this shopper's drug mart location has been up and down and the customer service has been a lot better and improving all the time. My main interaction would be with the pharmacy department and I would like to give them kudos for the hard work that they do. There are a few pharmacists and technicians that work there that go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and it's due to those employees that I shop at this location. A special shout out to Michelle in the pharmacy department as she is a complete angel. There is another outstanding pharmacy employee but I unfortunately don't know her name. My thoughts and impressions of this store has increased a lot in the last while and I'm satisfied with the services, including cosmetics who has a wonderful female worker who is very friendly and helpful, something rare for the cosmetic department. Keep up the good work and thank you for the hard work you perform daily for your customers.

Worst Shoppers in Dartmouth to get prescriptions. Say there ready when you call ahead and when toy get there they are not done.

Honestly, the pharmacy team was super duper helpful. The night pharmacist was amazing in every possible way when I had some issues with my mother's medication. The day after, morning pharmacist was as commendable as her colleague. She took all actions required to provide my mom with her medication the same day, offering options and same day pick up.

In the end, what could have been quite of an health issue was just a hiccup, handled with care and a lot of empathy and great customer service.

This shoppers drug Mart is by far the greatest shoppers in the country. It is open on Christmas day today, a very friendly and helpful staff, great selection, and very friendly pharmacist. Normally staff are not so happy working on a holiday, Christmas at that, but this is an exception. Exceptional service from exceptional staff, two exceptional store just in general. Everything is well cleaned, well maintained, and by far the most organized pharmacy I've ever been to.

2 years later - not even one star. This place was number one in Canada for a long time, but the change of ownership over a year ago has rendered it completely, and utterly disappointing. Things are messy, no one's ever at the cash, sometimes there's not even a pharmacist there. I went recently, bought an item that was in the box. Got home, realized it was half used. Appears as if it was put back on the shelf.

Get robbed by Shoppers for getting photo services.
I need photos printed and a soft copy. I checked the price just a month ago when I took photo services from the same outlet. Their listed price was $35 but changed me $60 today. Even they don’t allow me to earn or redeem PC points for that. I feel shame in front of my family and kid while playing bills for 3 of us.

I trusted your brand for last 4 years. But it really made myself upset and hate your company. The worst experience I’ve received today in Canada

Update-Things have been going downhill at this location and I’m starting to question whether I should switch pharmacies or not. Different replies from different pharmacists, confusion and a lot of mistakes happening since I left my golden review. Staff are leaving and temporary staff are in shop causing a lot of issues and their best staff members (Michelle) are leaving this location. If the poor service and errors continue I’ll be forced to find a new pharmacy in the upcoming future……………

First off, cosmetics is always bad and are the most unfriendlist people you could possibly hire. It's like you have to be rude and stuck up to work in cosmetics department. I'll shop elsewhere for my expensive cosmetics and perfume.
Now on to the stars of this store and that's the pharmacy team who are absolutely fantastic, right down to the delivery driver's. I can't give this crew at the Portland Street pharmacy enough credit, they're super friendly and helpful.

I really liked the service in this store, the service is excellent. Manager Tatyana helped with the choice of perfume and cosmetics.

My experience was in the beauty department. I had chosen a couple of clearance items from the front end and then went on to look at lip balm. At which time I was approached by a woman working beauty. She told me she worked there and insisted I give her my items to keep with her. She took them from me and went back up front. I know she thought I was going to steal them. It was super rude and I decided to leave without the items. I was dressed for my labor job so maybe she thought I looked scruffy. But I certainly don't look like a thief and I have never stolen anything. I won't be going back there.

Staff are great and very helpful. Manager Tetiana helped me to find everything I needed. Thanks a lot!

Was looking for a gift in cosmetics dept and was a bit in a hurry, so was very glad that I stopped by the Shoppers on Portland - got an amazing customer service by a very experienced and professional beauty manager, who sincerely seemed to care about helping me find a great present. So nice to see one can still get a great service with the smile and care out there.
