I generally don’t review stores but i have to review this one (bad review) as this store is not doing its job as others are.
They are putting things on final sale without mentioning it and they suggest to read the return policy on shoppers.ca before you buy stuff. They did not honour 30 days return policy and suggested i should read the entire policy when i shop at this store next time (I guess i am not returning).
If they are getting to this level, I would suggest the management to do better job at not hassling the customers.
- Ensure customers are informed on final sales
- The electronics cannot be returned if opened.
- Proper Signage on final sale shelf and products.
- Train the staff for polite behaviour
The front desk staff is rude even when you are trying to have a gentle discussion. They acknowledged other customers have similar issues. I hope they do something about this.

Manager Mohsan Hussain Adi, is an incompetent employee. They sold us a kids item from electronics that was purchased 2 days ago, when we purchased it we specifically asked if it is returnable, as we were unsure of the quality. The answer was “Yes” you may return in within 30 days if you don't like it. ”
Today, when we tried to return it, this assistant manger refused to accept it, after mumbling nonsense for 5 minute and said they have a policy on the web site stating if its opened they can not return an item.
Attitude is very unprofessional and rude! No company return, consumer policy knowledge. This guy should be gone from the position and a big disgrace to the company!
