Shoppers Drug Mart

Be prepared if you have an issue, it will fall on deaf ears. When you try to explain, it is like talking to the wall. I find them the worst people to deal with when it comes to pharmacy services. Not trained in customer service I expect. Just walk away or stay away, it is not worth the stress.

Usually exceptional service but they ran out of insulin pens and did not call to alert me. Not acceptable for diabetics

I was in a panic searching for histamine medication to treat an intolerable allergic skin reaction. It was Pharmacist Mike who offered his knowledge which led to my ultimate relief of symptoms. I support primary care in Pharmacies %

Great place, got my 2nd vaccine dose here they were all very kind. Also they have a wonderful cosmetician there named Chasitie. She helped me find a really awesome BHA product for my skin, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend speaking with her if you're unsure of the right skin care products for you. Also, the store has an awesome location with a Value Village, Bulk Barn, ScotiaBank, all right in the plaza area.

I am not pleased at all. About 2 months ago i had my file change from lawtons to shoppers. The first time I had to get my medications I didn't mind explaining to the pharmacist that I should only be getting a week at a time of my medications (reasons that are very personal). There was supposedly a note added to my file in regards to this. They ended up giving me a 90 day supply of my one medication after this apparent note was added. I took back the pills because it was a threat to my safety and mental health. I then had to explain to them again. Every week that I go in I again am having to tell them that a note is supposed to be on my file stating that my one medication is already paid for (the 3 month supply) and I'm only supposed to have week of both medications. The last 3 weeks have been the same. I go in to get my medications and have to express to the pharmacist about my file and my medications. This is a very personal situation and I am sick of having to explain it over and over again and then told a note will be added and then is not. I suffer from mental health issues and having to go into detail on it is becoming redundant. The medication is for my mental health and they know what the pills are for. And it becomes frustrating and upsetting when I have divulge this information over and over with people around who can hear.
Today the pharmacist was very apologetic and I was appreciative of that. I really do hope that this apparent note is added and I do not need to go over this again.

A large, clean store operated by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Exactly what I have come to expect from Shopper's Drug Mart. However, I do not find their pricing ad competitive as Walmart or Lawton's.

I want to apologise for the poor rating. But it frustrates me to no end that they make the cashiers take you to the self serve checkouts rather than just ring you in at the till. Just let me get checked out at the till. There was no-one behind me. And it took your cashier LONGER to check me out using the stupid self serve. There's nothing at shoppers I can't get at Lawtons, or Pharmasave.

Friendly and helpful pharmacy and makeup counter, the front older cashiers are horribly unfriendly. They should be fired!

Derrick at the Shoppers on Lahave St.went up and beyond to make my shopping experience an excellent one. Will definitely be back for all my drug store needs.

Every time that I go to this store and she is in the cash, she is very unfriendly and doesn't even say Hi and make me feel unwelcome to SHOPPERS DRUG MART!

Worst experience ever! The owner spoke ignorantly to my daughter and even physically placed his hands on my Mother. He was rude, belittling and very unprofessional in every way. I was shocked with their treatment. Be careful!

I recommend shoppers getting rid of PC Optimum because the way they treat customers and employees. I boycott this place too because of PC Optimum and how discriminating they are.

At Christmas I had a list of things that I wanted and the employee went out of her way to help me find them all.

Such fabulous customer service from all the staff at the Shoppers Everyone is always ready to drop what they are doing and help a customer if needed

The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpfull! Anything else I have questions about, I just go to cosmetics! They knows everything about the store! I love it! The pharmacy and the overall store! These people are to be commended!
