Trying to force people to use the self checkouts, I had to ring a bell to get service. Shop elsewhere.

I went for my COVID booster shot. It was amazing so smooth with many people there for their COVID needle as well. I really want to thank and say the young fellow who administer the booster needles was so kind, polite and totally professional! Thanks buddy

The amount of times in the last 4 months they've failed to properly get my prescriptions in order (despite calling well in advance) the rude and arrogant behavior I've gotten is pathetic

Never had a problem with them. I go down to Sydney from Halifax to see my son on the weekends sometimes, and I have to go in the store both days to take my medication, and their always willing to help me out, which I really appreciate.can be hard to come by nowadays. I think if your going to go to a pharmacy, then Shoppers is your best bet.there good people and there's hours of operation are perfect too.

I visited this store on July 26/21 at about 8pm. Specifically the Beauty department. The woman there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me considering I went in to buy a fragrance but was unsure about what I wanted. She kindly showed me recommendations based on what little information I gave her. Her knowledge concerning perfumes was impressive. I ended up going with something she really loves and I’m in love with it. Her knowledge about skincare was also very helpful. I hope managers read these reviews. I would like them to know how great she is.

Post Office outlet has staff that are friendly but sometimes line up is slow because other customers take a lot of time and there’s only 1 postal worker here. The pharmacy takes a LONG time to refill prescriptions, and I’ve always been told to come back later rather than wait. Only SDM I’ve used where this seems to be a regular occurrence, and Ive used several other SDMs across Canada over many years. The store has a good selection of typical SDM stuff you’d expect to find. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Walked up to the door of this store at 740 and was questioned by "security" as to how long I was going to be inside because the store was closing at 8. Not to mention security standing in front of the door makes it impossible to enter and keep social distance.

They sure didn't hire the best and the brightest for this particular outlet. Avoid this location if possible and go to a different Shoppers.

No longer coming here. Arrived at 955pm (many people in the store) for some needed supplies and turned away by a very unhappy and rude lady standing at the door. 10pm is your closing time, 10pm is when you turn away customers not 955pm. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

S L O W at answering your phone calls. It took them 28 minutes to answer the phone. Really Poor service.

My all-time choice for buying some specific items. Liked this place for providing cost- friendly products!
