I cannot speak to their products but sadly this is one of those occasions where the person who answered the phone has let down the integrity of the business. On phoning to ask if a certain flower was possible to obtain the woman who answered was abrasive and dismissive. On explaining the passing of my Mother in the last few days and trying to organize things quickly there was absolutely no empathy, sympathy or a change in her attitude. Considering the industry this person works in I can only say "do better".

Silver Horse created my grandfather's flower arrangements for his funeral recently. They listened to our requests and made such beautiful arrangements that were true to him and his personality. They are wonderful people and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help in making such a difficult day just a little easier for me and my family.

What I ordered and what was delivered were two very different things. The was much much smaller than pictured online. It was small enough to fit in the palm of a hand. And the arrangement did not have the same florals as pictured (obviously substitutions have to be made based on availability, I understand that) but the arrangement was not full. Very disappointed and will not reorder.

I live in another country have ordered a few arrangements from Silver Horse Florist to be delivered to family over there. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. The florist has always accommodated my requests wonderfully and made ordering easy. Highly recommended.
