My friend got her hair done there today, just a wash and cut, and she asked for a straight cut. Her hair looks so choppy, it’s uneven and is almost an inch shorter then the other side.

I said not to cut my bangs and they cut them very short plus the lady cut more than i wanted i just said just a TRIM I'm very mad, i am never coming to this salon again TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Shelly was amazing. She made me feel like I was back home getting the hair did.
Will 100% recommend both her and her Savanah. Sunday is the best day for both!

The lady who cut my hair said that she has been cutting hair for a long time, and is retiring soon.
HOWEVER, I felt like my hair was cut by a 6yr old, or someone who is just learning how to use scissors in grade school. WHY? I because it's crooked, in spite of asking her to make the cut straight because the right side is longer than the left side, she tried to trim it, but it is still not how a haircut should look. It is the obvious uneven cut, you cannot call it layering style, or straight cut style, it just a unjustifiable crooked hair.

I think, I was in the chair for 15-20 mins, spray a little water on my hair, chop a little, blow dry a little, then she said "It's done"! How did it happen?

Because the lady is older, and nice, I felt guilty to complain, and to stay longer to ask her to fix it some more is not in my mind, but to leave that place right away, I decided to just leave it like that, and will try to contact another salon, or my hairstylist to fix it. It feels like I wasted money.

I still tipped her 25%, even if I am not a happy customer, because she said that it was a slow day.

My suggestion, is to MAKE SURE to SCREEN CHECK their experience, how long were they've been a stylist, or do a training to your staffs to have the best possible service. Check very well if they are really licenced, or can cut properly.

I do not have any words. I have visited so many salons in Nova Scotia, and this is really sad. I do not blame the hairdresser, but the salon should be accountable to the hairstylist you are hiring.

I should have done my diligent research before coming here. I normally go to my hairstylist but it is very last minute to book an appointment with my stylist that is why I decided to walk-in in this location.

I believe the success of a business is by providing good service, and having talented and awesome staffs

I get my daughter’s haircut done yesterday by the hairstylist KRISTINE, had a very bad experience with her.

Few things to mention:
1. Not willing to talk and do hair wash before going for hair style, requested her to get it done.
2. The laser cut what we want is not done at all and had to tell her couple of times please do this and that. The blow dryer was told that there would be extra charges for that which was never asked before. Her hair are spoiled as she is not satisfied with her haircut.
3. Thirdly, my daughter is going to get 13 year old on Aug 6,2023, first of all she is not accepting that and instead of charging $20.99 for kids under 12, she had asked me to give $47.14

Even I get my hair cuts several times from Walmart but I am always charged accordingly whatever is mentioned for the haircuts prices.

If you guys didn’t charge as per the rates mentioned, please don’t put the rate list for your service.
I wouldn’t recommend Walmart to anyone.
Total loss of hair and loss of money.

If your going to hire a hairdresser, hire someone that can cut hair properly. This person should not have a license. When your going to a hairdresser, first of all, a good wash is important, right? !? She failed hard! Then the cut, I even showed her a picture and she didn’t even come close to it. Failed again! She was not friendly, she was in a hurry and didn’t even ask if I wanted a blow dry, I would of said no because I just wanted to run. Lastly, she looked horrible has a hairdresser, a long black root, her hair was blue on one side, it look fried from the blond, not very inviting, she just looked horrible. (sorry, I have to be honest)
We are supposed to look professional, clean, and always have a smile and talk to your clients. She never said boo! She failed on everything.
What happened to our code of conduct and our professionalism. For the price we pay… it’s horrible.
Take this review, learn from it and try to hire professional hairdresser.

My friend got her haircut at your location this afternoon. They stylist kept commenting on how thin her hair was. Then proceeded to ask if she was a cancer patient and worried she will go balled. She's shelf conscious and was heartbroken. How can anyone think that's appropriate behavior? Bizarre.

Appointment was August 8th at 415 pm.

So I show up near end of day. The only lady in store is drunk, I didn't realize until after I sat down.

She cut me behind the ear and then told me she was using the shops razor so it was their fault not hers. She was just chopping at my hair randomly and every time she got close to my face, all I could smell was some type of alcoholic cooler drink.

She asked me if I wanted her to cut my facial hair as I had beard grown. I said no thanks I was going to shave it off when I got home. She then told me that she didn't want me to look ridiculous and started shaving random patches out of my beard etc. It looked so bad and I had said no.

She was bumping up and down to her music while trying to cut my hair and made it look so so horrible. I really just wanted it to end and was terrified of telling her since she already cut me once, so I waited until she was 'done'. She asks me if I needed anything else fixed while I'm looking at my hair in mirror it's clearly all chopped up where it was bald to my skin in some places and not even touched in others, I knew there was no way she had cut my hairline nice since she was weaving and bobbing like a junkie that is far passed due for a fix.

I immediately jumped up and said that's good.

I had an interview the next day for a big contract so I couldn't actually keep looking like this, I had to go straight from here to the Head Shoppe which was only other place still open and begged them to get me in to fix it. They showed me all the worst parts and did what they could to make it look less horrible, but was cut so badly I had to wait a week for the bald parts to grow in some before they could touch it up and make it look less choppy.

I once got really hammered with friends and let them cut my hair while we were all high and drunk, those wasted friends did a better job than this hair shop did. I'm not kidding at all.

I thought about taking my receipt for the second haircut in the next day and ask for them to pay it or at least give my money back, but the same lady was there working and I just couldn't bring myself to confront her.
All in all, I wound up paying over 70 dollars just to get a simple haircut and wound up with a cut big enough behind my ear that it scabbed over.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I had my hair cut there june 21/23 by Darlene she did a awesome job. She's very friendly we had a great chat.she has a wonderful personality will definitely be back to see her another time.

Worst experience of life, old lady with shaking hands didn’t have any idea to what lenght to cut, trimmed my all 6months grown hair. Pathetic

Honestly I had high hopes from the good reviews, when I went in the lady at front was really sweet and had good customer service. I was just getting a haircut, asked for an inch off and curtain bangs. First thing that set off sirens was dry cutting my very curly hair, most of my hair looks great except my bangs, one side is so much longer then the other and one side isn’t blended and looks very blotchy. I don’t think I’ll be back
