Smith's Towing

Needed tow from dealership, was told Smith’s towing dispatched a truck.now they won’t return calls, would not recommend. Driver was very polite.

I called them in the morning at 8 Am they said they will be here in 20 minutes and we waited for 2 hours no one showed up. After that we had to call IDEAL towing and they were here in 5 minutes. We were not far but in sydney downtown.
Worse service, Do not book them they will keep
you stuck.

A gent got his front wheels stuck in the ditch across from our house at 2: 30 AM and needed a simple tow. That's when we discovered that 24 hour towing in Sydney is a myth. It's not a question of being busy. It's that they don't open until sunrise.

The very best people to deal with and if you don't want your vechile anymore they will give you top dollar for your car to go for scrap!
