Great products, owner is always super nice to me/ good advice. I don't understand why anyone has anything negative to say.

Wasn’t acknowledging any other customers when asked if we could just buy screens and leave, she was rude about it! Instead she was talking away not caring that there were other customers

Not the best bong shop in town but it is pretty big and like the only one that does just smoking stuff

You're not allowed to touch the bongs but.the prices are on the bottom. You can ask the prices but usually they are with someone or there is only one person working and other people are waiting and its embarrassing to have ask the price of every item. I get not wanting us to touch the bongs but, maybe display the price? One worker is very helpful and kind when I go in there and the other often rolls her eyes and sighs when I ask a question.: (

Huge selection of products and love the staff, they are never in a rush and don't mind spending the time with their customers to ensure their purchases are right for the individual. They are very knowledgeable about there products and have been a huge help for me!

They have a great line of products and the store is very clean and organized! Dispite some of the reviews I've read I've found all the staff there to be very kind and helpful! Especially the woman who is usually working!

This place is a joke you could go in a million times over a span of 10 years and they still wont have what you need and dont ever order anything in for you just say nope this is all wr have lol

Worst customer service I've EVER received. The lady working was extremely rude, and pressuring us to purchase and leave. I called back 10 mins later because I was sold the wrong size perk, all I got for responce was " kinda figured "
Save your headache and drive to Halifax or new Glasgow to get your rigs.

Great layout to the store, its easy to see everything they have and I enjoy the large open floor space to wander around and browse the items along the walls and in the cases. Staff are very friendly and always a pleasure to interact with.

The hours are terrible and the prices exceptionally high. It's pretty bad when you have to pay $2.50 plus tax just for tips. From now on I'll order them online for $0.75 a book and wait the 3 to 5 days it takes them to get here.

Absolutely fantastic place to go, large variety of things to choose from and spectacular product display. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is great and they have sales throughout the year just to make things that much better. Highly recommend going and checking things out, you won't be disappointed.

Tried to return a bong that my husband bought for me an hour after he bought it. I decided to no longer smokeand the bong was unopened in its box. The lady told my husband absolutely no returns only after he tried to return it. We were not given a receipt or told this before we bought our product. I then called to try and work something out with the owner and she was so mean and hung up on me. (I was being very nice and reasonallble) stay away from here because they will not offer you any solutions to any problems and will yell and hang up on you when you try to work them out. I should mention it was when I said that I would no longer be able to shop in her store because of how she was treating me that she HUNG UP.

Update: the owner deleted my review on their FB page. Ridiculous.

This place have the worst customer service, She treat her customers very bad. She kicked me out of the store when I returned back after she sold me a defective product (Vaporizer). She wouldn't give me back my money nor exchange the product and then she told me to leave her store. She have the worst customer service in the town of Truro.

This store has everything. What a massive selection of smoking paraphernalia. The lady working there was awesome.

Service and products are great, feels like you can just go in there, and chat it up for a while, and you could spend all day looking at the selection

0 customer service when I went. Waited 10 min to be told they have poor slection and no prices. Go elsewhere this place is an over priced joke

Poor service from the person who was working when I was there. I was told I would have to wait untill the people who were there before me, which was fine, I was told to look around in the meantime which I did. Short time later a man walks in and starts to look around. I was done lookinbg and went to the counter to wait for my turn. When the clerk was done with the people ahead of me she walks by me and starts to serve the person who came in behind me who which tells the clerk to service me because I was next. Thec cletk says something to the affect "I just follow the line " whatever the hell that means. So ifinally got serviced an before I left I told the clerk I wouldnt be back and for her to make sure to tell her boss that she cost them a customer. Its really to bad because the place looked great with alot of good inventory. Oh and one more thing I said to ythe clerk that it would be nice if the product had price listing, she told me the prices were on the bottom of each product, I said well thats a great idea but one problem there were large signs every 2 feet stateing not to touch any product, she tells me nobody abids by the signs. That alone should give anyone an idea of what you can expect when you go there.

Friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and they have a great selection! They carry a lot more products than other stores in my area

Prices are way way overpriced, if you want a regular 14-18 inch beaker you’re paying $200 and over Plus in there store Almost all the bongs they have are cheaper or half the price when you look online.such a money grab.

Very knowledgable staff! What I anticipated as a difficult experience was very pleasant and informed.

Went in there today to ask questions about products that are available. The shop is clean, organized, and air conditioned but none of that matters because the individual who was working there was on the phone and ignored me completely. I looked around until I had seen everything in the shop and they still didn’t even try to wrap up the phone conversation. They were talking about their cellphone. They never motioned to me that it would be a minute or gave any acknowledgement of my presence until I asked to put my book bag behind the cash (which usually workers will ask me to do) and even then it was a nod and a look away. I grabbed my stuff and left. Won’t be back.
