Sparkling Pools And Spas

Had the water tested and was pretty sure there was iron or another metal in the water, was surprised when it came up with none. Talked to 2 employees in the store and assured me water looked good just had to add the basics. When I got home I saw on the back it said metals not tested so before I treated the pool I called and a different employee said they must have hit the wrong button but said the metals were tested. Followed the directions and the clear water turned brown immediately. Went back to the store and talked to a 4th employee where she told me they do not test for those metals which would have been fine if one of the first 3 employees said this after I directly asked each of them before I added the chemicals.

Very quick to take advantage of a service call and over charge. The lady answering comes across rude and very unsympathetic to customers.
