The Staff here are very friendly and and good with the pets that come in. The Veterinarians are very nice and caring. Bringing your pet here also helps the shelter out as well!

Prices and procedures (necessary or not absolutely necessary) were explained clearly. Prices are good and they treat the animals very well. I didn't have to wait for my appointment either.

Still the best animal hospital in the world. Top notch care and love for animals.

The spay service was excellent from the booking to surgery. The staff were knowledgeable and explained post op instructions. Appreciate the follow up call to check on Sweetpea. This is her favorite pose! She is resting comfortably.

I am Beyond Happy and Grateful that My Beautiful rescue dog Venus was operated on and Cared for by the Great Staff at the SPCA Veterinary Hospital at 7 scarfe ct in Dartmouth. She presented with 5 tumors in her mammery glands and I was terrified I would lose her. They Saved her Life and I will Always take her there in future for any help she may need. I also was Deeply Appreciative that I could pay so much the day of her operation and the rest in installments, That really helped me be able to have her operated on rather than the awful alternative, if I couldn't of afforded the full operation price all at once! Thank You so Much.

This veterinary hospital give excellent quality service. They really care about your pets help. The low income costs project help people with low income to be able have their pets vetted. The staff are amazing and work well with difficult patients

I was very impressed with the care my dog Beau received while in their care. My concerns were met with great information and compassion so it was easy to make informed decisions that were best for my Pup. When I call so long as I leave a message they are quick to return my call and always friendly and polite.

Myself and my dog Boo visited the SPCA Veterinary Hospital for the first time earlier this month. I was so impressed with everyone I met from the receptionist to the technician and of course the veterinarian we saw, Dr. Mike West. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very professional. The facility is super clean and well-maintained. Dr. West gave Boo a thorough examination and patiently answered all my questions. We are heading back for Boo's required dental surgery, early next month. While I'm not looking forward to Boo having to have teeth extracted, I'm extremely confident he will be in the best hands possible and will receive extraordinary care. I'm so relieved this facility exists, especially with the loss of so many veterinarians across Nova Scotia. I highly recommend SPCA Veterinary Hospital.

Staff are always so professional, informative and friendly. Never have I ever felt confused with diagnosis, prognosis or after care. Staff always make me feel informed and understand treatment and what's required of me. THANK IS NEVER ENOUGH FOR WHAT THE SPCA VET CLINIC DOES FOR MY FUR BABIES ️️

Our (kitten) Cinder had all shots at 16 was.and was neutered at 6 mths.
He got the best possible care and everything was explained to me upon picking him up a few hours later.
I could not have taken him to a better vet.clinic.
We will be taking him back there in March 2023 for his yearly shots.
This service of Veterinary care is wonderful.

Dealt with the topic of euthanizing a dog, were great to deal with! Glad they don't offer euthanization

Great people and very thoughtful. We got 2 kittens spayed together. However, our one kitten marshmallow had complications with their stitches but the vets were great at getting her back in and taking care of it. They told us to tell our other cat Moonshine they say hello. How precious? !

This is a great place to take your pet. Very professional and careing. They care about animals and there owners. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great people to take your pets. I prefer them over the shubenacadie vets where I've experienced racism there and to my animals because they come from the local reserve.

I have always had the biggest place in my heart for the S. P. CA and what they do. Upon hearing about their new vet clinic I was amazed at how much these guys have on their plate already and their willingness to do more. The money they do receive stretches so far and still they found a way to help low income families and people like most of us now a days going through some sort of financial crisis get our pets the proper care and medical treatment the so very much deserve on a case by case process billed based on each individual's income. Thank you SPCA!

My little fur baby was having seizures and they took her right away. I was on the list but as soon as that happened they had her in immediately. She is doing great

I had to surrender my two cats. I had them for years. It was heartbreaking but I'm so greatful there are people who work and volunteer to give service to animals. In both occassions I received great friendly service.

They are amazing. My poor senior kitty had major dental issues which was leaving her in a lot of pain, They did the look over and got me in the follow week. Now she is relaxing more and taken it easy.
