The worst. They don't pick up the phone. Don't return calls. Common courtesy is lost on these folks. Go elsewhere if you can.

Had a rock hit my windshield on the highway - needed to get in quickly! The team here understood my situation and kept me up to date on open appointments. They were able to get me in within a few days, and got it done quickly. Really friendly!

Had a old filling was no longer smooth and it was fixed in 15 minutes.

Great customer service. Walked into my appointment 30 minutes late but they attended to me right away. Friendly and welcoming coaster staff. A world class level of customer service that I will never see experience in Ontario

Had a chip that they fixed so well that I can hardly find it and they vacuumed my car. Nice touch.

Had some issues with a couple "star" repairs done by another service outlet, left an extruded edge that promptly took out a brand new pair of windshield wipers I had purchased. Just stopped by for an opinion, not only did I get excellent advice the issues were taken care of in the parking in very short order. Didn't catch her last name but first name was Lauren and she took going above and beyond to a whole different level. No Charge? Ridiculous in this day and age. Absolute breath of fresh air when it came to honesty. Only other thing I can say is "thank you". Sincerely Kevin F
