My go-to sports store. LOVE Sport Chek. They are owned by Canadian Tire (which is one of my favourite stores.though I would never have my car serviced at a Canadian Tire garage, but that's another long story. I'll see if I can do a separate review on Canadian Tire garages).
Anyway, I digress. Sport Chek has good quality gear, good prices and if a product is not in stock you can easily order it online and have it shipped. I usually shop at either the Bedford Commons or the Dartmouth Crossing Sport Chek's and if they don't have an item in stock or don't have the right size, I simply go to their website and order it and have it shipped. And any orders over $100 ship for free.so it's worth it.
I highly recommend Sport Chek. I am a loyal shopper.
Lastly, they have very good sales.watch carefully for sales.if you're not in a rush for something, wait for it to go on sale. Canadian Tire companies are VERY BIG on using sales and promotions to move product. I usually just go to the website and set "price alerts" and just wait for an item to go on sale. And the sales are usually VERY good. I'm talking savings of up to 50%! So plan carefully and be a patient shopper.
