A big shout out to Matt, Jason and team at this location. I bought a Diamondback mountain bike online during their Family and Friends event, I also had a 10x cdn tire money offer activated. There was an issue finalizing the order and the offers expired. They not only made sure the discount was applied, they gave an additional discount for the inconvenience.
Their bike tech really knows his stuff, the bike is tuned perfectly and he went over every detail before I left the store. These guys are truly professional!

The store manager, Kevin was so friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff… Not so much.

Staff was attentive and professional. Every staff member checked in on us and asked if we needed help. Store is large and in the middle of renovations right now. Would shop here again.

If what you are looking for is in the size XL or 2 XL don't bother going to this store, not a big selection, no stock in the large sizes
