Stopped into Sport Check last night had very good experience - Dealt with sales associate Righa, she was very helpful, and friendly.

Headed in tonight with just 15 minutes left before closing, 2 layers of staff were super friendly and helpful, got my kit and was out in 10 minutes!

Poor quality bikes and poor quality bike assembly. Forgot the brake reflector when they assembled. Would not guarantee they could fix my issues with poor assembly or my other inoperable bike they sent me with a warped wheel in a timely manner. Would not recommend for bike department.

Dealt with Lauren and a young fellow (blonde) did not catch his name, both very attentive and willing to give assistance. Thank you guys! I'll be back.:)

Had to take 2 and half hour trip to get here, but completely worth it! Lexi and Lucas were extremely professional and helpful, accommodating every request during my visit. Lucas was even knowledgeable about badminton shoes! Since badminton is quite obscure in this part of the world, I really appreciated it. The shoes were on a sale on their website, and although the information wasn’t relayed to this branch and was still at list price, Lucas checked it up internally and marked it down to sale price. Lexi was kind to explain their rewards system and clarify their return policy. 10/10 recommend this store!

I was in the store on Wednesday, Nov 23 around 4: 30 pm to buy basketball sneakers for my two boys. The gentleman who served us was so engaging. He took the time to find the right pair of sneakers for each of them, and was just so pleasant. You really have great staff!
