First time visiting: Jamie and Sheldon were a great help! Had to get a new helmet in a hurry before a game that night, Jamie took the time to fit my helmet and attach a cage for me. Sheldon was great to help me find what I needed while I was there earlier that week. Got everything I was looking for. Excellent customer service! 10/10 boys!:)

As a new hockey dad I was really impressed with the great customer service and passion the entire team here has for sports and helping the kids.

It's surprisingly hard to find a company in Canada that will do special order jersey name bars. I'm in Alberta, and these folks were ultra responsive and helpful in putting together an order via email correspondence for a full team's set of name bars. Pricing and shipping cost are fair, and service was outstanding. I recommend these folks to anyone.

I go here for bike products and repairs, decent selection, amazing customer service!
Update from last year. This place is still great good honest people I thought I needed my breaks bleed and asked for that service. They could have just done that but it only needed an adjustment. I knew I had a slight warp on my disc but they included that in my repair receipt. I highly recommend using this place for bike repairs. Thanks sportswheels!

What a lovely and unexpected shopping experience today! Jamie’s kindness and knowledge is second to none. I am so very happy with my new bike and will always think strong and positive thoughts every time I’m struggling to get up any hill! I am very appreciative of the extra time Jamie spent with me to help make a fantastic decision and to show me how to get the best use out of my fancy new bike. I love it!

I brought my son's wheelchair here for the first time in October of 2022. I was scared and frustrated because Lawtons had told me that the repairs needed were half the value of the wheelchair ($2,000) it wasn't even a year old yet and it would take a while for parts.
Brought it to Sportwheels on recommendation from someone at my son's school and they fixed it for a more reasonable price the same day I brought it.
This lifted a HUGE weight from my shoulders as my son uses his wheelchair daily at school and for his transportation to and from school.
I have taken it back again recently and they again fixed my issues quickly and in time for me to bring it back to the school so my son could take the bus back home.
The staff that I have encountered have all seemed very friendly and accommodating, from the first hello to the cash, especially Jamie and the people behind the desk in the repair shop.

Great service. I went to this busy place to get a bike tire fixed. They did the repair while we waited and the price was more than reasonable.

The customer service here is beyond excellent. Jamie was exceptional with helping getting my sons lacrosse gear picked out for him. Highly recommend and will be back for all my future purchases

A great sports store, especially for those with kids. A key reason for this is their new and used gear along with a trade-up program for some items including kids bikes.

Disappointing. Custom order came in way below expectations and staff offered no remedy.

Edit to reply: Thanks for the timely reply Jeff. Nothing really to discuss, the order was time sensitive and not delivered according to specifications of request. When I brought this to your staff's attention they told me the only remedy was to spend more money and place another order that they "might" be able to get right.

Promised high, delivered low, and poor attitude when called out for it.
