The pins didn't reset, we had to play two turns, bowl 6 times in a row, because the system was set to 'league standards', and the lane was short. Also the bathrooms have an accessibility ramp for the bathroom, but the angle of the ramp is unsafe.

It's a wonderful place to enjoy with your kids. My kids enjoyed a lot of fun by playing the bowling games and a variety of fun games as well

There was something there for everyone. The bowling was a first for my 2 year old grandson and he loved it, as much as anyone! The arcade was great too, with a good variety of games and activities.

I asked for a lemonade slushy and I got a peach slushy change the labels next time i almost cried

The arcade here is a hidden gem, my son loves coming here. Great prizes. New games. 1/2 price Wednesdays. Bowling is amazing too, very cool with automatic scoring.

If you enjoy being bullied then this is the place for you. Cruel comments and criticism on my body is an expected experience. The old woman making cruel comments on the bodies of Paying customers is pathetic. They expected their employees to continue working despite catastrophic injury. This business clearly cares little about consumer experience. I couldn't even celebrate my birthday with bowling because of their failures

We went for bowling. There were very clearly not enough staff working for the amount of people that night. Waited 15m with an appointment just to get shoes. The bowling points were calculated automatically except it consistently missed pins, balls, and refused to switch to the next bowler. When we asked for a regular paper score sheet (since the automatic counter was messing up so badly) they told us they had none. Definitely not going back for bowling. It was also very overpriced for bowling, 50$ for 1 hour.

I hate the ramp to the bathroom. It is too angled.
Staff are great. Fun place to go. I would reserve just to make sure you get a lane.

Went bowling with the family. Night glow bowl was pretty cool.
Efficient check in. Shoes were new and super organized, oriented to be self serve.

Staff were incredibly rude. Wouldn’t turn on our lane and we asked 3 times. The bowling aspect was fun but with their service I will not be back. I would also like to mention they made our group feel rushed and would walk away when we would go up to the counter for drinks or help.

Terrible staff. The main lady was very ignorant. I will go to another bowling alley before this one again.

We had my sons 10th birthday here yesterday. We were blown away by the detailed set up and the amazing service from the staff members. Absolutely everything was taken care of and then some. The kids had such a blast. Thank you Spryfield Bowlerama!

Great place to go and hangout as a family staff is friendly but very hard to find if you have never been there needs better signage

Best bowling alley in the city! Only minutes to downtown and always a bit less crowded than the others. They have good food, a bar, and an arcade! Great staff, always very friendly!

The company I work for held our Holiday party here this year and Susan was a dream to work with from the very start, super professional and helpful. I had a great time bowling and playing in the arcade. Deborah gave great customer service and helped with anything that was needed.

I went with a group of friends for one of their birthdays and we had a terrible experience with the staff. One of my friends had brought some cider as a gift for the birthday girl in a sealed gift bag, it was unopened and we were only bringing it to give to her. One of the workers came up to us and rudely told us we cant have it in the bowling area and to get rid of it. Then, when we still had 15 mins left to bowl (our sheet said end time 8: 50) they told us our time was up and turned off our lanes as we were bowling. We asked the worker why she did that and she said she wrote our booking in earlier than we requested for "prime time" but never mentioned it to us so we lost 15 mins of bowling time. She said she could let us go for the last 5 mins but it was pointless. Overall terrible experience
