I am an overseas student, and I fell into trouble in my first buying a house last summer because of my bad English and my lacking of property experience in Canada. He is not only a very professional lawyer but also a kind man sympathized with the lacking of knowledge and trouble situation of a new international student. Through my estate agent, I found out that his lawyer fee which I have paid in my second-time house buying is the most reasonable price in Sydney NS. I am so lucky to having his service. I will strongly recommend him to my classmates who need to buy houses because the lawyer here is really trustworthy.
