AVOID THIS PLACE! Front desk was rude when I arrived. There was a guy backing into a parking spot and an employee walked directly behind them as they were. That guy decided not to bother going into the business, which in my opinion was a good choice after what I've witnessed. When the guy brought my car out he said sorry he drove my car with the emergency brake engaged. Went to drive home car shaked and alignment was way off. Told me to bring it back in and I'd have to wait in line again after waiting 2 hours already. They would only balance front two tires and started telling people they are no longer giving a warranty on the balancing for me and future customers. They also refused to acknowledge that the guy told me he drove with emergency brake, basically told me to my face I was lying. When the guy brought my car out second time I was waiting behind the car he didn't put the emergency brake on and almost rolled back into me. Assuming the employees are not used to driving a standard.

Spent over $3,000 on new rims and tires the end of July. Was told my tire changes would be free.
I came in today, and was told it's 70 plus tax. I reiterated what I was told before, and they refused.
What a stunt.

Stopped in today due to a blow out on the highway with one of my tires and I was in and out in 20 mins. Great pricing and great service. Thanks guys!

I noticed my tire was getting flat (slow leak) when I was leaving work the other day. They were able to fit me in and get me all squared away. Very efficient, very friendly and helpful, and they charged me a very reasonable amount! Will continue to do business here!

Over the years have purchased tires and seasonal wheels changed. Service is direct, and the staff are professional. They can be busy but there is an area to sit if you need to wait for your automobile.

Had a few times now where I’ve had a flat, need changing urgently. These guys have always come through with exceptional service! Would highly recommend to anybody in a pinch or anybody wanting great service regardless!

Had good service here for years…. Bought a new car last fall, and was unfortunately unable to change the tires myself this spring due to time constraints. I dropped my car off, and they had it done very quickly with the amount of people they were dealing with, so I’ll give them that. But I got home and noticed my drivers side rim had been curb rashed quite badly, along with my car being driven a few KM, and the car being left full of dirt. Previously I’d always received a plastic lining covering my trim and floor mats. This was not given this time either. Always used to recommend this spot but it seems like the service has gone down hill quite a bit.

My tire had been leaking slowly and with no luck at gas station self-serve pumps or Canadian Tire, the great team at Star Tires limited has rescued my tire on the coldest day I have seen in Nova Scotia. Thanks so much!

What great service and friendly guys, we went to get our tire changed. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely going back there again.
