This is the slowest drive thru you could be the only car and he waiting to order for 10 minutes, and then they will mess up your drink and have to remake it.

Mobile orders take too long, almost 20 minutes. Customer service is poor, people waiting at the till for 10 minutes just to order. Ridiculous

Everyone knows the taste of Starbucks.

Caleb.stellar service. The pumpkin cream cold brew was the winner. The quickest I've ever been through a drive-through and the drinks were amazing. Thanks so much for being amazing! I look forward to my next visit, and hope Caleb is there!

30 min wait in the drive thru. 5 mins just waiting to tell them I had a mobile order. They need to cap on what you can order in the drive thru

The food and drinks are expensive. Employees were friendly, but the order took way too long.

The people at this location are great. They are always friendly and good-natured and for the most part the coffee is prepared just the way I like it.
The location seems to be busier than when I first started going there after my local shut down because of covid. It can also be very noisy. My friends and I will go to another coffee shop if we want to sit in and talk which is our preference.
One day recently I had to wait 15 minutes to get my coffee. The staff were run off their feet. I felt for them but I also wanted my coffee.
Getting into the parking area can be tricky, I might even say dangerous at times and sometimes you can't get a spot without waiting.
I'd like to suggest you reopen the Starbucks next to the Chapters Indigo Store on MicMac Blvd. It was a great location. There was no problem with parking. It was never too noisy, whether that was the crowd it attracted, the size of the space or a little of both. It's in a pretty densely populated area as well.
Thanks for providing a forum where I can vent my frustrations with getting my coffee at this location.

"Venti" has the same amount of liquid as grande.
