Starbucks

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch drink. Straw basically collapsed and fell apart before I could finish the drink and the caramel crunch bits wouldn't even go through it. Tall table chairs were uncomfortable.

Omg the staff at this location are so lovely! They are so kind and helpful and quick! Kylie made my coffee today and she is just Pure Excellence! This is my favourite location because of how amazing the staff are

Don't know why I keep coming here, its a trainwreck. This morning I mobile ordered a drip coffee and waited 20 minutes for it. After 15 min I asked and the barrista unapologetically said "yeah we're brewing a fresh pot for ya"

1 star only because there's no zero star option.

If you're looking for a fast evening brew, better try Tim's. They havr two ppl working non stop. Had ten ppl ahead of my order.

Unbeatable Pumpkin Spice Latte as always! Finally on DoorDash so tried the fruity cold drinks and Strawberry Oat Matcha Tea Latte.looks all nice and colorful but the flavors taste complete garbage. Gave me acidity. The strawberry pieces were sour AF. See you in Fall.

The service in this particular Starbucks is by far and beyond the worst I have ever experienced. The employees are rude. They do not acknowledge any customers they are slow. They are too busy chatting with each other. I am there twice a day, and I am never acknowledged. Every other Starbucks I have gone to get to know their clients acknowledge them when they walk in and at least say hello and thank you. But the staff in the Starbucks on Spring Garden Road in Halifax should not be in the public service industry.

Great spot to study and with great staff. Specifically, Tesha provided amazing customer service and is noticeably very skilled in her job. She made a very tired students' night!

Can always count on the service and the products you receive from this location. On point daily!

Disposable cup is the only option in this disgraceful place. The sight of all the clients inside drinking their coffee and encouraging this business model is disheartening. What a bunch of loosers.

5bucks for burnt milk latte.
It's too hot. If I want late that means that I want espresso with lactose in it. Not acidic 80°c milk.

Flat white is the drink with once size, you can't just make your own drink and call it flat white no matter how big your franchise is.

Macchiatos are actually latte macchiatos.

Now I understand why Starbucks didn't survived in Ukraine for more than half a year, they trying to make a new coffee culture by denying coffee legacy instead of embracing it.

Extremely slow. 25+ min for an order. Serving friends ahead of others. Very unprofessional

Friendly staff great service. Restrooms are secured by passcode, it means clearly not open for everyone.

Practically no issues with this starbucks because i exclusively online order, and normally do so about 20 minutes before i actually plan on arriving.you will not catch me DEAD waiting in the lines at this starbucks, and i dont think i could ever study here because its so busy.but im just here for coffee, so i float into the store past the sea of people waiting in line like chumps, find my drink thats been lovingly crafted and set out for me, and sail off just as mysteriously as i arrived.slay.
