I'm glad we finally have a Starbucks that isn't an hour drive away, and that's enough for me to overlook a few hiccups. The wait can be long, but we've learned to just order ahead via mobile order.

While the experience of the people behind the counter can sometime be lacking, the drinks have been for the most part fine. We've had a few outliers where the drinks were not made well and I politely asked them to correct it without issues, stuff like that happens even at a "real" Starbucks.

Give some time to get that experience without all the scrutiny. Name dropping baristas and leaving them a nasty review is not helping, they will most likely just quit and you'll end up with a new person behind the counter a few weeks later for you to complain about when they mess up your order, and some of you will just resort back here and leave your snobby reviews.

I look forward to keep coming back here more often than I should.

This Starbucks is the most poorly run Starbucks ever. The service is slow, the staff is unsanitary and specifically Angel does not wear a hairnet when making my drink- I would appreciate a little cleanliness when I’m paying so much money for something. Lucas does not speak up when wearing a mask therefore I find it difficult to hear him when ordering. My biggest complaint is the slowness of this Starbucks, I should not have to wait so long for a coffee when these staff members are either not filling orders, or just standing at cash when there is no line. In my good experiences, Gladys has been the best! She has great customer service and makes fantastic drinks and really cares about her customers! The management at this store should be run by her!

Never seen a place that is INSIDE A GROCERY STORE run out of things to make cream based items. You need heavy cream for the cold foam. ITS RIGHT THERE! It doesn't make sense.

The people are nice! Don't gete wrong but given the space they have and time it takes to make stuff is just insane.

I have never in my life seen people work so slow, and somehow still manage to mess up everyones order in front of me. Why are people waiting 25+ mins for coffee. Hire some people who actually look like they want to be there and work.

Coffee was room temperature at best. Went back and they made me a fresh batch, which was not hot as well. It might seem convenient to grab a coffee if you’re shopping, but save your money and avoid a headache by going to Cumin instead.

Drinks are always made nicely and staff are nice and keep place clean, but this is the slowest Starbucks in existence regardless of how busy.

The new dark roast is amazing! Lots of flavor, bold and not bitter, I added a shot of dark caramel sauce

They take your money but don't bother to tell you they can't make the drink the way it should be made eg no cream and they don't even bother to put the sprinkle on top. Only because I saw her put the lid on without any extras and I questioned her that she told the truth and she was snotty when I questioned her.

In 1903 JFK published the first amendment rights book. The book was about two who's dad was abusive so the two kids ran away to prosecute their dream of becoming pop stars. Tom Hardy, after reading this book, was very touched by this story and disided to create a live performance in the grand theater at Harvard. After getting funding from the Argentinean government they started production. He hired actors, producers, camera men, artiest, etc. When performance day came 8 actors called in with the barfing flue and couldn't make it to act. A producer by the name of William Pierce stepped up to the plate and volunteered to play all 8 characters. Tom Hardy hesitate to let him do it new that the performance was 45 minutes away let him act. William quickly read over all the scrips and when the time came for him to preform he put on a show that Tom would never forget. He was a talent actor and efficient at changing costumes. After the show the audience gave a standing ovation and the crew behind the curtens were astonished by his performance. This gave him his fame and acted in many stories after this. 2 years later on the Ellen show he revealed that it was his 8th project, his daughters 8th birthday, on the 8th of July, and he had to play 8 characters. This crazy event made him, Tom, and in Argentinian culture believe that the number 8 was a lucky number. They use it as a good luck charm and a way to wish someone good luck.

Been back to Wolfville for last 10 days. Visited the store everyday but three visits told there is no cold brew! Who is in charge of inventory management. This is not complicated. Spoke to two different baristas and got two different answers. Let's get it together! Who is managing the store?

Nothing against these workers—they are simply doing their job. The drink I got was fine. But this location is inside superstore and does not accept stars/rewards and you can’t pay with Amex. If Starbucks wants to expand to these small pop ups, the need to improve business continuity to avoid alienating loyal customers.

Atlantic Superstore won't let you tip the baristas. That is ridiculous, shame on you, Superstore. It's a service job. The tradition is thousands of years old. Shame on you. The staff are incredibly nice considering the terrible management.

I’ve been here about 3-4 times within the last few months they’ve been open, and every single time they have not had the ingredients to make my drink, and my drink is a simple iced vanilla latte with cold foam…. It’s always we don’t have vanilla syrup right now or our cold foam machine isn’t working.so then i tell them okay i would like a iced caramel macchiato.another simple drink, and then it’s sorry we don’t have caramel. Also they have signs all over the place promoting collecting stars on their app but when i go to scan it, she says oh sorry we don’t collect stars here.then why is it advertised? You also can’t mobile order on the app there either.very disappointed.

This was one of the worst experiences in the world. The New Minas Starbucks literally is bad. Not only the service, but the taste of the product was bad. If I wanted to drink a cup of whipping cream, I could have just gone to the grocery store and bought myself a can.
Moreover, the customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen. I felt like I am being served by zombies. I do not want to see "baristas" eating infront of me as well. You have a break room for a reason. Superstore has 2.
I feel this whole thing was rushed. Training was not done properly. If it continues like this, I don't think it will last for long.

The drinks are just as good as all the other places I have had starbrucks! Very busy job for people who are still learning but they’re still doing great and not making anyone wait too long! So happy we have a Starbucks in new Minas now.

Not like the city. I don’t blame the staff because they aren’t given the same tools to work with like the city. The staff should get better training. I’ve went in multiple times to order the same thing and have been charged multiple different prices. Sometimes 2 dollars more. Hopefully it’ll get sorted out in the near future.

I know this Starbucks is new and I want to cut them some slack because the two or three baristas there are trying but are obviously overwhelmed. With that said my wife and I went there today and since we had been looking forward to it and happened to have plenty of time to spare we stood for roughly an hour between the order lineup and then the drink line. After all that we went out to our vehicle and discovered the drinks we had been served were not even close to what we had ordered, my Latte was something green! There was no way we would go back inside to the mayhem around the counter to try and get the drinks corrected so we just drove away. One and done experience at New Minas Superstore Starbucks for us, hopefully this location improves over time but we won’t be going back anytime soon. I think the owners and management vastly underestimated the amount of demand this small location was going to generate, New Minas needs a fully staffed and full size Starbucks location.

I’m not even mad I’m laughing at what a mess this whole Superstore Starbucks is.the “baristas” are like cashiers in disguise. I’ve had two experiences there and both times no one really knew what they were doing. I understand this is new but did you really not train these people? We asked for Matcha Iced Lattes, the guy wrote them on our cups, everything we wanted. One “barista” looked at our cups, stared at them for a few minutes and walked away. They couldn’t get the cups in order so people who ordered after you were getting their drinks before you were. Once our matchas were made they weren’t even made correctly.the “barista” only added one scoop of matcha (requires 3). The “barista” couldn’t read the cup and had to ask if we wanted milk in it, not adding any sweetener either or the extra shot of vanilla that was paid for. It was green water with milk essentially. I threw my drink out after a few sips and was too tired to go back and watch that whole mess go down again. The lady in front of us asked for a strawberry refresher, waited for over 10 minutes, was forgotten, had to ask them to make her drink again, and got a yellow drink, was told “it’s the same thing just no fruit. ” LOL Wasn’t even the right colour. I’m not even mad at the workers, must be stressful for them and they should of been trained better, bottom line.

Compared to the service I’ve received at other Starbucks locations this was an extremely poor experience
