Been shopping around for a new truck. Even though I had bad experiences here before I thought I try because of a sale on 2022 left overs. Found a truck I liked and got a trade in value on my 2020 Jeep. $7000 less than other manufacturers eg Toyota. They don’t even value their own products!

Total lack of customer service and very poor time management when it comes to repairs. Very dissatisfied, considering I bought a Brand New off the lot Jeep Wrangler from here, I expected much better service then the lack there of that I receive. I will be contacting Chrysler Canada to see if they can follow up on my complaint and experience. Avoid this dealership like it's Zombies with Covid!

Service department:
Unprofessional customer service. Inconsistent communication regarding work being done to our vehicles. Has happened multiple times. Will not be returning and advise others to stay away as well.

Best dealership I’ve ever been too, Howard and Cathy that work there are amazing. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else!

The service manager was extremely unhelpful when I asked for help fixing my driver door handle that had fallen off. They said they could not get me in for 2 months and that there was really nothing they could do.

I would love to thank PJ for the excellent service he provided for the help in acquiring our 2019 dodge challenger. If you are in the market for a new vehicle definitely stop by and ask to speak to him. He won’t let you down. And another special thanks to Stephanie she will definitely take care of you on the financing end of your deal. Thanks again Steel Chrysler, love the new ride.

The worst experience when it comes to quality and service!
I brought my Jeep in to get solenoid and sensors replaced and some how left with my muffler in my trunk! Then, when I got home from driving my jeep that now sounds like a rocket ship and a partial tail pipe attached only by a wire (with no muffler attached), I noticed they billed me to remove it!
Not only did the service center gloss over the fact the muffler wasn't attached upon check out but upon leaving they just shrugging their shoulders and said "I'm Sorry".
Still waiting for them to follow up with me.

Horrible purchasing experience. Told me to come get the truck then made a 2 hour drive and they said I couldnt take it because it has some lights on the dash. Told me it had warranty and free oil changes then suddenly it does not. Sales man said he would call me back then he completely ignores me. I will never purchase a vehicle through Dteel Chrysler ever again.

Called the dealer to enquire about Volkswagen Tiguan 2013 he mentioned that they are selling it as is. I further enquired about the problem in car to understand the reason for selling it as is but the dealer mentioned that he does not have any technician available and no idea why they are selling it as is. I planned to visit the showroom and see the car today, before showing dealer said that this car need an expense of approx $3k to 4k and there was visible oil leakage. Such a time waste for me which dealer would have told over call only. A visible leakage is something which I think he would have also been able to see.

Found a used car that was right for me. Sales person Dylan was extremely helpful and prompt addressing all my concerns and transactions. No pressure sale was a big relief.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and enjoyable customer experience both in the sales and service departments. I always feel appreciated and valued each time I visit this dealership. I also have to give a shout out to Dylan in sales for his professionalism and support during my search for a new vehicle!

Bought a car a couple of days ago from Steele Chrysler. Dylan sold us the car. He was friendly and knew so much detail about all the cars we enquired about. It helped us to make our decision on the car we chose. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful. Adam in finance also was friendly and very good at organizing us and getting all the finances and paper work sorted out in a timely manner. Overall great service.

I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months and looked around at the various dealerships. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X from Cory Maccallum. The car was expensive but a small price to pay to feel like a millionaire. New Jeep Wrangler 4xe

I bought my very first truck from them and it is a 1500 sports dodge ram. The truck is nice but I was disappointed as I just found out it did not come with a trailer hitch. It was a $70,000 truck and it did not include a Trailer Hitch. I would think it would be included for that price. I should have checked on it or else I would have not made the purchase. So for those of you who are planning to buy from them, make sure you will get your money’s worth or go somewhere else that offers a better deal. You can only count on yourself for your best interest.

I just picked up my new Ram Big Horn today, can't begin to thank Dylan enough for all the extra work searching throughout Atlantic Canada to find everything I wanted in my 3rd Ram truck considering the reduced volumes of vehicles available due to the pandemic. I recently bought a Dodge Durango 2021 from Dylan. He is an amazing person to deal with and very thorough with his approach and knowledge about the vehicle is close to none. He was very kind and understanding during this whole process. As someone who has worked in a supervisory position for many years service is #1 to me. Being honest I prefer people get right to the point answer the questions I want and not take up extra time and Dylan did just that. I went in to check out a promotion (first time I have done this) asked for some information which Dylan was quick to give and send follow up. He was quick to get the answers I requested but not pushy.

I decided to move forward and Jennifer was helpful and engaging in the finance department. She gave all options in a clear picture.

This is my 3rd Jeep and first since moving to NS. I would recommend dealing with both of these individuals. Any dealership is only as good as their people and they received my business because of their people.

Recently I purchased a 2020 Jeep Trail hawk at Steele Chrysler, Bedford Highway from Dylan. Wonderful experience with the vivacious salesman, Dylan. This is my second Jeep purchased from this store, and I truly love my Jeeps. Dylan was so easy to work with, not overly pushy which I liked and did everything he could to make the purchase as easy as possible for me. Great experience and service from all members of the team. I am looking forward to another great ride with my Jeep!

PJ a d Corey were both fantastic. Corey informed us of everything we wanted to know and some, he wasn't pushy at all. Came back the next day and dealt with PJ, another great guy, friendly and down to earth. Went through the sales process with him, with Corey's concent, flawlessly; again not pushy. He made the buying process a delight!

I had a great experience with all the staff Steele Chrysler when I bought my truck. Dylan, my sales rep, was responsive, attentive and persistent in a good way ;0) He understood I couldn't be on site for very long and accommodated me through some handy online viewing options.

Just got my Challenger from here. The salesman, Corey, made the entire purchasing process easy, quick and without pressure to buy. It's a car I've always wanted, and he helped me make it work.

My wife and I just purchased a Van from here. Dylan the sales person was a pleasure to deal with. In June 2019 I started my hunt for the perfect Jeep Gladiator, that is when I met Barron at Steele Chrysler, after a year and a half of searching and test driving countless Jeeps, Barron eventually found me my dream truck. I may have been the most picky customer even but he never gave up trying to help me find exactly what I wanted in my price range! While other dealerships gave up on me Barron always kept me in mind when a good deal came up.

Steele Chrysler is doing an amazing job ensuring that all customers remain safe during the pandemic without sacrificing the experience of buying a new vehicle. With all safety precautions being followed I felt protected and even more valued as a customer.

Dylan & Jennifer were wonderful to deal with when buying my new Jeep last week. They answered every question I had and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy!

I went into this dealership the day i turned 19 looking for a new vehicle, & boy was i naive & they sure did take advantage of that. I am now stuck in a 5 year car loan at 30% interest because they seen i was young & wanted to make a quick buck. Mind you a month & 3 days later the car had a hole in the engine & pj & everyone else who was there wouldn’t return my calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone young & doesn’t know what they’re getting into.
