Purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave through Steele Valley Chevrolet. Phillip in Sales and Trevor in Finance were great to deal with, no hassles or games. Information like Carfax and Service records were available and provided when requested, they were also able to provide a vehicle build sheet from factory.
Pricing was very competitive, they also arranged to have the vehicle delivered for us, a huge bonus as we live rurally.

Didn't feel respected. Our salesman was pleasant enough, but it was very difficult to get the information I was looking for. He kept pulling the discussion back to the colour of the car (I know that's a stereotype about women, but I really don't care about colour.), and when I asked for the total price, he said something like, "Why would you care about something like that? " That took me off guard and it was really awkward explaining myself. I wish he would have leveled with me more.

EDIT in regards to the reply: Yes it was 100% Steele Valley in New Minas. You can't find me in your system due to my online alias. Done deliberately, because although I'm disappointed, I don't want his job at risk.

Decided to go EV. Was tired of wasting money on gas, so I got in contact with Iggy Osmulski and he went above and beyond. I wanted an e-Golf being a “Volkswagen only” guy. He didn’t pressure me into buying a Chev or anything he just understood me knowing that was the car I wanted. He got the car from another dealer in the Steele Auto Group and got the car to me really fast. Best service I’ve had buying anything let alone a vehicle! If you’re considering buying an EV, Iggy’s the guy to call!

Alright so this was my experience with steele. I sold my old car and was in a desperate need to get one because of my work profile.
Initially had some difficulties in financing due credit issues but trevor and iggy helped me a lot. They came out with some magic and were able to get me financed for a kia! Along with that i can see some improvement in my credit history too

As someone who works in the car business this was horrible. Firstly, I was told the truck had a new oil change…it did not.five days after owning the truck I had to add DEF fluid. (Wasn’t topped up). I didn’t want the tire and rim warranty but was told it was included in the price and not extra, it was extra and I ended up paying more for it than they charge at premium stores. I thought that a dealership would handle putting the title in my name, nope send it to me and the I had to go to the DMV.

Bad experience with service advisor in the service department. I have always dealt with Steele, but I won't be back, to this location.

Spoke with Zak regarding a 2022 Yukon AT4 that was advertised for sale, We spoke over the phone and Email and I agreed to purchase, However they said they wanted to showcase it at their dealership for a month. It has been a week and they turned around and sold it at an auction and did not notify me, all they did was waste my time. Terrible service

Only gave 1 star because it was not possible to give 0. Today I am ashamed that I let this dealership rip me off. I went in for an oil change and was intimidated into changing a cabin air filter then charged 100$ just in labour. They sent a video where they took my car apart, I guess that was the labour. Over 200 for a simple oil change but they wanted me to spend almost 500. I did a little research on what they recommended and it's not even in my maintenance schedule in the book. I asked for an oil change and should have paid for an oil change but I didnt. I've bought my last 3 cars there but the last experience was awful, thought maybe new owners would be better. Everyone in the service area knew I was upset and ignored me, I wont be back unless my problem is under warranty and then I will be very nervous to come. I never reccomend this dealership.

A one year warranty on body work, one year and a month after, "too bad, so sad, keep it muddy. " Owner couldn't even be bothered to see me, staff are at least pleasant. Not a friendly business, not very neighborly.

If a 65,000 km warranty failed on 65,001 km.not many people would buy that.

Live and learn I guess, sadly won't be back, taking recommendations on mechanics that care about people.

1 star cause I like the staff. Not their fault.

These guys have been giving me the run around and trying to squeeze as much money out of me that they can. (exhausting all their resources before fixing a warranty part.) Explained my frustration today when two employees told me completely different things.

The GM (general manager) came out to speak, not very professional nor good at speaking to customers.it's probably just best he stays in his office.

Only good thing about this place is a couple employees, that actually understand how wrong it is. By far the worse experience with any chevrolet dealership.

I was here several months ago looking at buying a truck. Service was okay but was not great. Within the next month I will be back in the market for something else so since Steele from the city has taken over I hope that things have definitely changed

Went in here to check out the recently acquired dealership. The Steele group is now the owners of the former Cornwallis Motors. Wow what an improvement to what used to be operating there. Lots of product and friendly employees who seem to be busy. I'm sure they will be very successful here. Seems like a great place to work. I would like to be part of the sales team if a spot was available.

Bought a truck from here 2 years ago and had a terrible experience. When i went and picked the truck up it didn't have any of the options i was told it would have and it didn't have the tow package it was supposed to have. Now i saw Steele auto group bought the dealership and i thought that would help and make it a better place but i was wrong. I went in to buy a truck, the truck i wanted was at one of there dealerships in the city so they told me the truck was available if i wanted it. I did all the financing and was told the truck would be here the next day. I get a call in the morning that they are really sorry but the truck they told me was available and sold to me was actually sold to someone else and i wasn't getting it. 2 bad experiences in a row at this dealership i won't be making the mistake a 3rd time

I normally don't right reviews but I am this time. It was my first visit here and Deanne was an amazing person. I was greeted by a friendly smile and excellent customer service! They found my problem, fixed it promptly and will be back again!
