Will not respond to any inquiries or call back requests for anything. Had to contact them at least half a dozen times to book an apt before they would contact me and now they will not return my message to order parts for my vehicle. Very poor customer service

Had the better half's 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan in and it had a major repair needed and she only had bought it 6 weeks earlier. Volkswagen of Dartmouth came in clutch and stood behind their sale and covered all the repair. Very pleased. Great service. Would recommend

It was the easiest car purchase ever. Shea was in touch with me right away to answer questions, even though it was a holiday weekend. I was short on time and everything from the test drive to financing was all taken care of quickly. No waiting around for hours. Everyone was friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend purchasing through Shea and Steele VW.

The service department just doesn’t bother to provide the full service that the customer came in for. I went in for a service that also had tire rotation to be done but they didn’t bother, when I went to the service desk they told me that the tires would be rotated if there was a need.

I just financed my first car from Steele! Mike Hart was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t imagine having dealt with anyone else, my experience was so smooth and stress free. He made it easy to find a choice in my budget and wasted no time at all getting me into it! Filip was also fantastic, from the personal video of my car to the nice gift they gave me upon leaving.

Had a minor issue with car and stopped into Steele VW in Dartmouth.michelle was super helpful and got us sorted very quick.

I had taken my car in several times to have it looked at for a noise that I could hear coming from my car. These times that I brought it in were when the warranty was still valid. When I took it in today for the same noise as the previous times they informed me my transmission has issues. They will need to take it apart for further diagnosis, they said if the transmission is gone it's over $4000.00, and since my warranty has expired that the cost is on me. I don't believe it should be on me I had this in several times before my warranty was up.
I was charged for having them look at this vehicle for the same sound.tell me what you would think if you were in my situation.
