As for the place and its attention, it is very good, but its logistics are a bit slow and not very detailed. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my purchase, which has been in transit since August 31.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the price is right. It’s nice to have another option other than ikea!

Big store, lots on display, great sale prices. Staff does not harass you to make a sale. Lovely shopping experience.

I'm so happy with my experience purchasing furniture from Structube, and specifically with the help I received from this location. I had trouble coordinating a delivery due to travel and weather and the folks here were beyond helpful. Every interaction I had over the phone was so friendly. The modular sofa pieces I purchased were delivered in perfect condition. The pieces are beautiful, comfortable and easy to assemble. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately when you post honest reviews on the Structube website or Instagram, they delete your post. So I will have to share my comments here. I recently purchased the Helio sectional. It is super comfy and stylish. But when I bought it, the salesperson was very careful about telling me that it was covered under a manufacturing warranty but anything related to wear and tear.like pilling.was not covered. She specifically said pilling. Well no wonder. I have only had the couch for two months and it is so pilled, the fabric looks horrible. It looks like a complete mess. It is awful and I can't believe after 2 months of light use, it already looks like a dirty old couch. I am so incredibly disappointed.

The store is well laid out, clean and bright. Looking on-line is fine but there's nothing like being able to sit on a piece of furniture, touch the fabric and see what the colour is truly like. The staff member we dealt with was friendly, very efficient and explained everything clearly. I can't wait for delivery day.

This is a wonderful place to buy furniture. All staff have been great in my experiences, but a special shoutout to Mark who went the extra mile today. He told me he's been there forever and I can understand why. Perfect service! Thanks, Mark
