Came here to get subs for my family and i while we where in the area. I got my usual sub, my little ordered a sub too, gluten free because he has what we think is a bad gluten sensitivity (this will be important for later)
We order everything, I get my usual, I take a bite, and it doesn't taste at all like my usual. It's just tastes like salt. I think no big deal they're busy and probably made a mistake. Salt is a easy thing to over do after all. I tried to eat it because I hate returning food but it was inedible.
When I went up to the counter to ask if they could remake it, not only did they try to sit there and argue with me like I didn't taste the samwich but after they finally agreed to just remake it they started talking about my son's gluten allergy being fake thinking I didn't hear them. They did finally make it right the second time's but the staffs additude guaranteed we won't be returning here.

Amazing location, amazing staff. They are always so welcoming & polite. Also the cleanest Subway I've ever been to! Love this location.

Really good and clean Subway location, I've had quick service every time I've been here and they still have seating available, around 3 seats due to covid restrictions.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Clean and friendly. AND they are one of the few spots open on Sundays!

Very bad customer service. Your employees should NOT have an attitude towards drivers that deliver your food.
