Absolutely garbage! Brought my sub home and there were barely any toppings in it. I had to open the sub to make sure that they didn't just give me bread! Very disappointing.
Clearly the subway culinary sandwich artestry school is excepting anyone nowadays.

Really like the service. The worker cleaned the whole counter to make my veggie delight (not everyone does it, mostly have to ask). Very polite.

I try to avoid Subway, but I was in the area, hungry, and this location looks so clean and modern from the outside so I figured it would be good to dine in here. Nope. Only fresh vegetable in sight were the tomatoes. Everything else looked rotten or was empty. Their new proteins were gone. We asked the guy working if he had more fresh ingredients but he said no. I got my sub with just tomatoes and the last of the olives and went to sit down to eat. There was only 1 semi-clean table in this store. One guy working the front and barely any customers and still this dirty in here? Yikes.

Only rated service 2 starts cause them teens ya got working there are cranky all the time and make ya feel like it's a pain in there rump that they gotta make your sandwich.

We just had some of the best customer service from Stan. The place was busy but yet he was very friendly, fast and our subs were delicious. Thanks, Stan!

You want to talk about slow. So incredibly painful. 25 minutes for 3 customers is unacceptable. No one moves with any type of purpose.

The drive-thru is really handy when you’re in a rush. They take the time to get your order right at the speaker.

Went to get take out for supper and they only had 1 loaf of white bread left, none being baked. This is poor service.

This place is great! I went in to order and the young lady Gracie was making my sub and let me tell you.that was amazing I don’t know what she did but I went back for more! That same day lol

Super clean. Kind of weird that there are standard and USB charging stations but no wifi. Disappointed, since in general most newer subway locations offer wifi so I assumed this one would too.

Subway coupons are out again. On a good day this is not the place to be if your in a hurry. However, this subway is clean and the staff is always smilling, friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. I would like to see more training on how to cut the bread. Tonight the bottom was extremely thin. Vegetables are usually fresh.

The staff is great, friendly and funny. My sub was exactly how I wanted it and there was no problem with LOTS of extra pickles.

Very modern and a fresh update to the Subway look in this new store. Wifi plus charging stations at tables. Food was on point as usual and we noted as busy as it was the staff were extra with everyone to make up for the long wait.

I was oddly aroused by a Filipino man whose name started with an R, his prescience made my heart skip a beat, his voice was of one of a god.his skin was like one of pure creamy goodness like a cad berry cream egg. I couldn't even bite my sub without thinking of his glorious self. I love u Man with a R.i will see u again.

Not very good.they weren't very busy but they rushed and slapped it together like they had a bunch of orders to do.they didn't even cut through the subs. Won't go to the Cole harbour location again when this crew is working.

This subway restaurant location is on par with the rest of them in their franchise.short walk from the parking lot to the store.friendly sandwich artists. Clean tidy looking location. I recommend this location as a convenient location near other stores close by.

It is within walking distance to my house in Cole hbr. It has a drivethrough. Staff is fast and friendly. New building very clean. Always have their food fresh. I have never experienced a time that they didn't have what I wantes.

Had to ask for napkins and only gave one and there was 3 of us. Poor customer service in my opinion.

This Subway blew me away! It was very clean, and very bright and open. Much nicer than many Subway restaurants I have eaten at in the past. The staff was pleasant and polite.

Went into subway today. Usually I like the atmosphere but today it was very cold and uninviting. I understand lunch rush it can be very busy. But when the sandwich artist is very robotic with asking questions. It was very weird. Not great customer service today.

Meatball sub, cole harbour location. Clean, understood when i asked for him to change his gloves after using his head set. Habits need to be formed

I love this new Subway location! The staff are always friendly and helpful, there's always a great selection, there's a lot of parking, and the store is brand new and beautiful! Every time I've gone here the food has been fresh and delicious! I definitely recommend this location!

Went last week & staff was disorganized. Dude helping me put my sub in the toaster without asking me. When I paid for my stuff the guy just wrapped it up & walked away, didn’t give me a bag or anything. We waiting about 3 minutes to get a bag but nobody came back.
