Subway

This place needs a better insulation, like another door. It gets awfully cold in here where people sit and eat.

It's interesting to read through the bad review as I always receive great service at this location. May and the other employees are always so nice and patient with me. Good experience overall!

First time I've been back here since they started the refresh campaign and I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be going to subway more often

Very rude women. Does not have any courtesy how to talk to customers. I went at 10: 30 pm today.

The bowl was good but the staff were incredibly slow and seemingly inexperienced. I also received the wrong size and was grossly overcharged.

Went there today for rice bowl, a w/f that works in midnight has no customer service skills. She was handling food like throwing it. Not coming again. Big noo from me

There is one Indian guy who made sandwiches is really messy and too talkative, even gave the burnt sandwiches! Really bad experience.

They are the worst Subway I have ever been! No kidding. They were talking and making the take out orders for 20 minutes with me standing there watching! They didn’t greet me or said anything to me, just gave me a look while the whole time! I left after all the waiting and they didn’t care still doing the take out order! Ridiculous experience so disappointed: (

I have concerns about some of the staff there. I ordered a sandwich with bacon in it and the server almost made my sandwich WITHOUT cooking the bacon first. I had to kindly remind him to cook it before putting it in my sandwich. Serving uncooked bacon increases the likelihood of giving the consumer food poisoning and is a health risk. The staff should be more careful from now on.

Very unprofessional service! The lady in the counter gave a stare/annoyed when I asked her to change gloves while she was preparing the veg sub.

Probably the worst experience ever.
I went to Spring Garden Subway at 10: 45 PM on 31st July. There was a girl who was working there. She was an Indian. She was very rude and unhelpful to me. She didn't make Veggie the way I told her. She was very uncommunicative. I am not ordering ever if she's taking my order.

Great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the sub was great, will be back, I mean its subway you tell them what you what on your sub and they make it right in front of you. Bathrooms are for customers only.

Pleasant experience overall. The staff member was friendly, quick, and attentive. All the normal options were available. The store was clean, clearly being attented to regularly. There was seating available if i had wanted to eat there.
