If I could give this 0 stars I would. My wife and I each got a sandwich, and she got a drink with hers. All 3 of the soft drinks she wanted in the machine were not filled in the machine, completely empty. One was to the point it came out completely clear (dr pepper). The bathrooms were the messiest we have ever seen. My sandwich barely had any cheese, and the garlic aioli seemed watery and didn’t even taste like garlic. My wife’s sandwich barely had any sauce at all. On top of the issues we had, I had to wait long after my wife’s sandwich was done to be served, and the service person came back and said “oh sorry I figured someone else would have helped you by now”. Will not be coming back.

Went to this location for lunch as it is close to my place of work. I frequent this location but my last few encounters I wasn't overly happy with. Service is fine but the vegetables are far from fresh. You can see the frost build up on the containers which makes the cucumbers soggy and almost transparent, the spinach was mushy the lettuce brown just not FRESH as they all advertise. I asked for quacamole turkey smash with bacon, purchased the meal. Get back to my office no quacamole and not fresh vegetables. Not happy for the price you pay, at least vegetable could be fresh especially at the busiest time of the day. Sent off an email about this same issue before.

Ever get the feeling you just arrived at a place at the wrong time?

We arrived the evening of sept 6th and ordered take-out. While we didn’t really experience any issue with our order a couple of the staff were openly dismissive and mocking of the customers ahead of us. As someone who works in customer service I know that after a whole shift it can be hard to be polite but there isn’t any excuse when the customers your serving are being kind and patient and are tolerating your terrible attitude. I will say there appeared to be a new employee in training who was friendly and polite although there were two employees (one tall masculine fellow was wearing a hat that said “Jess”) who rolled their eyes and spoke down to the customers. I feel bad for those who came before and after- a bummer. Hope everyone has a better day!

Great service but it was too hot in the store outside temperature was 25 and in store felt like 30.

They are featuring the avocado Greek, advertising it all over the place. I ordered the vegan on flatbread. You stand in line and then when you get to that section, out of avocados, and out of the Greek dressing. Their excuse is "it's a time limited" special. I noticed as well that lettuce is brown and spinach is limp. This is at lunch time. Take down the sandwich boards as you are out of supplies. Don't serve old lettuce and spinach!

I ordered a soup it was ice cold, apparently they forgot to turn it on. When I asked to heat my soup, grumpy staff took my soup the back room, where I felt very uncomfortable to eat it after. Hence, he didn’t even check with me afterward if I want my soup. I just walked away as if he didn’t care.
Poor customer service, it need to be addressed.

This is my favorite subway in my area. They put the proper amount of veggies on a veggie sub (I have been to ones that put the "regular" amount like if you were getting a sub with meat so was not much substance to the sub)! Always friendly staff this far here.

Friendliest staff and cleanest store I've found in the city so far. They've never butchered one of my subs, either. I sometimes go out of my way to eat here.

I ate a foot long double meat double cheese tuna sub today and shortly after my neck disappeared. I am very full and satisfied.
