Subway

This place is a health code violation leaking water from the ceiling landing on the food and dripping on the floor makes for poor food and working environment. Plus i came here for my 2$ off any subway sandwhich and it was declined. This deserves 1 star!

Was ok subway, nothing special and not super friendly. Location can be hard to access, small tight parking lot.

Over charged me for a turkey sub. I wanted a regular turkey sub and because their system was down they could only bring up a turkey bacon ranch. The sub came to $19.95 when the regular turkey sub I wanted charged roughly $11. They don’t know what they’re doing and clearly the employees like to rip people off. The manager needs to re-teach these employees on prices and how to ring in the right price when the system goes down.

I go there on the weekend for breakfast, the staff is very friendly and efficient, the music is relaxing and the dining area gets so much natural light it feels like a solarium. What a treat, especially in the winter!

Worst subway i have ever been to
Firstly they did not have a straw and the drink was basically water first i tried the mountain dew thought that might be the problem tried pepsi same thing

Secondly ordered two cookies got only one

Thirdly the sub barely had anything

Not impressed with this subway, very rude customer service — they seemed to be training someone today who literally butchered the sub we got. Even the employees were telling her not to do things and she messed up both our subs, which was okay she was training.

Anyway, we would've appreciated if they could've at least made us a new sub after a new employee destroyed both of ours instead of still serving it to us and when we complained the manager told us that it was "our fault". They filled the whole sandwich with pickles and didn't even give us half the ingredients we requested.

I do not recommend this location.

I was given a 4inch subway instead of a 6 inch. I went back in and asked for a new sub that was 6 inches. They refused to make me a new one and gave me 6 bucks back. Never in my life have I experienced a Subway so unprofessional. Waste of my lunch hour!

Went to the Subway on Robie Street last night, it was a young girl working I didn’t get her name but she drives a white Honda usually does the night shifts. She was extremely rude, this is not the first time I’ve encountered her being just really rude slapping the sandwiches together, seems like she just really hates her job. I got Subway about twice a week, I literally avoid this location at all costs when she’s working even though I live down the street. I got to Spring Garden now.

Worst crew ever. Worst customer service. There was a girl who made my sandwich, started putting toppings by herself while I was on phone asking my partner what he wants, she was rushing to finish my order when there was nobody else waiting to order.

I tried their new Greek goddess sandwich. The sauce was pretty good and everything else was pretty standard for what you'd expect from subway. I really didn't like the new avacado smash though. I don't if it's just me personally or if it's something the do with the Avacados but it had sort of a weird taste to it. Not inedible just something I wouldn't get a second time

Don't waste your time here

Bread was dried up, black olives were frozen and tomatoes were very old.
No bike locks out side and just sat down to eat when I was asked to take my bike outside. Seemed unnecessary as I was the only one in the store.

Great idea drive through but getting out of parking lot, not so easy to get out off if traffic heavy which on cole harbour road it is so not first choice for a quick breakfast. Like it use to be at it old location.

A typical subway outlet with friendly staff. Except during peak hours, there's no wait and smiling staff ready to serve you. Add on cookies and liquid refreshments including coffee makes a wholesome and healthy option for those looking for a a quick and economical meal.
